    Great Job Bavv. Another job done and plenty of more to come. On top of your process with this particular job I may have a few tips and suggestions that may help you aswell.
    - using a pallet to that size I believe a youths/kids size pallet does fit that 7"to 8" print that way you save yourself the extra lift and hassle of flattening the side/front straps.
    - when printing your first Real Item you can use Clear Tape to cover the part where the Print is going to land and Print over the Tape. That way you get an actual visual representation of how and where your Print looks and lands.
    - based on my experience water proof items I tend to Pre-treat with Rubbing Alcohol. Right before I Print I rub with alcohol/flash/Print. It helps.
    It's a tedious slow Delicate process and someone has to do it. Great that you are jumping in. What I do when I get this jobs is I have 2 pallets across from. Each other with the Flash at a low temp. And that makes a big difference.
    Stay Busy. TK

    Now I make sure logo looks good before the heat but… got a pack of damaged bags that would like to reuse it. Any suggestions? 😬

    Hi baav how are you, this ink for bags is a plastisol ?

  • @myxheroxfell
    @myxheroxfell 2 роки тому +1

    What kind of catalyst was that? Typically catalyst is used for nylon. That looks like a different material, maybe vinyl? Either way there are a lot of better inks that are more durable than what you used. And by the looks of the bags durability is something necessary. I own one of the biggest contract printing companies in the southwest I’ve been doing this for a long time.

    • @baavproductions
      @baavproductions  2 роки тому

      It’s a nylon binding catalyst for sure. The material of the bags is tobatex. Durability is definitely necessary and bags seemed to have held up well after testing it out and checking for durability.
