myztikrice I follow four channels that do Skyrim mods and have actively read/stalked, even participated in two skyrim modding forums in addition of course to skimming through the Skyrim Nexus front page and recent mods pages. I have still never seen this mod before, never seen anyone mention it before. It isn't a matter of whether it existed before or not. It's the fact of the matter that it hadn't spread yet.
This is perfect, the notion of having to level up smithing or enchanting is something that often bugs me when trying to play a certain kind of character
Christian Marrero the smithing skill didn't just "have value", it was one of the most overpowered things in the whole game. also, without useful stuff to spend your money on, speech has no value. if you have the option to buy high end equipment (the prices should be pretty damn high for legendary stuff), both are a good option.
GheyForGames The one thing that annoys me that's not in vanilla Skyrim is not being able to see your secondry weapon when dual wielding... I mean really? That should not have to be modded in lol.
DennisJ (The Last Methbender) isoku's Loot and Degradation mod has some similar features as well, among the main ideas. www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55677/?
MrLightstudios gratz, dont "get" one though, save 200$~ and buy the parts seperately and put them together, and also learn a neat skill in the process :)
An interesting mechanic to add into ordering things would be to be forced to wait longer for items that are more rare or even controversial. For example, I imagine hearts, whether daedra or human, would be difficult to come by, necessitating that you wait longer for the seller to find a supplier.
I'm not particularily insterested in this mod, but i've been looking at your job and dude: you seriously deserve more than my mere subscription, EXCELENT, QUALITY JOB... KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!
These mods are great thank you! Grinding to level 100 in smithing and enchanting was tedious, Now I can just enjoy the game as a fireball slinging, sword Battle mage :)
Ah, perfect, this mod is essential. I was sick of having to level my blacksmithing and enchanting in every single game regardless of what my character was.
you can get dragonbone very early on literaly after the first dragon you meet all you have to do is take the bones go to whiterun the first city you discover then get eourland to craft it for you its op
Brodual I love ur skyrim mod review type of thing. ur my fav UA-camr I come to for mods for skyrim u make great videos wish u the best of luck for your channel
you know just until a little bit ago i started to notice two different voices and i always thought it was an older mod showcase with a different microphone but than i noticed it happened twice within a month so than i looked at his name Bro-Dual than i was like "oh yea... that makes sense"
This is a really cool mod. I've always thought there should be something for if you were using a warrior character, that would allow them to have gear enchanted, since it's unlikely they would be knowledgeable about enchanting.
This mod seems WAY more realistic than Skyrim's hero, (Dragonborn) going to a village, buying up all their iron and leather, then forging 500 hundred iron daggers for himself.
Dwarven ruin is a nono for me. Lots of traps, mechanics (which honestly relatively fun) but that combined with long dungeons and lots of (relatively lower level by the time I'm confident to go there) loot that I can't bring back in one go is are a turn off. So when a mod says they need dwarven materials on say... Arrow, big nope.
These mods will help my play through's! much more immersive, with the mod I don't have to grinding to get some of the higher up armours and weapons. Its also good if you play with a character that is an idiot that doesn't know how to craft anything. Thanks for the great mod review btw!
Choco Bear That's what I meant. Also, apparently you do need a decent PC to play it. My boyfriend's PC could barely run it on the lowest settings, and it wasn't even a year old at that point.
Order my items and this mod works together, just use Wyre Bash and make a bashed patch(not sure if it was already compatible, I always use Wyre Bash after a mod install).
Ok gotta remember that ordering mod for the next time I play the game. Ingots and the like I don't find to much of a hassle to find but some potion ingredients are just a royal pain in the ass to get. void, frost, and fire salts for example. I like an immersive game so doing things like farming items isn't something I do and traveling to every alchemist shop in skyrim takes freaking loads of time. Especially sucks when I need something to advance a quest and nobody in tamriel seems to have it. I end up having to break my immersion and either look up a location to find it online or spawn it on a merchant and buy it off them.
wait why the fuck does it need it? I though all that was for was like custom menus and shit well some one needs to try and find a way to make a mod simuler to it cause damn it the enchanting system sucks
god damn it I fucking hate when they just leave shit in the games like all the fucking references to You being able to do shit like in honed metal but You can't like its just stupid to leave that shit in if its not do able
I'm obviously 3 years behind. It never occurred to me that a mod like this exists!!! No longer will I need to spend 20+ perks for Enchanting and Smithing. I can work on the build that I want without any deviation for these 2 Skill Trees.
Is there a mod that actually adds an enchantment service for the College of Winterhold? The NPCs talk about it all the time, and it would definitely add some immersion.
It would also be fun if mod allowed to the opposite where you could get order for certain items to make and then get paid for quality of the work. It would work mostly well for some mod that makes you not be the dragonborn
The only problem with the order my items mod, I saw that you could order Daedric armor from Alvor. I think it would be better for immersion and role playing if you took their skills into account. Example: Alvor says to leave that elven stuff to the elves, so you could make him not be able to make any armor or weapons in that category. And something like Eorlund could be very good with base materials like iron and steel. And he could go above and beyond to things like orcish and ebony. I do like the Honed Metal one very much. I think the same principle as before could exist with ordering things like ingots and thinking about the pricing in the area, make it cheaper to buy gold or silver ingots over in the Reach, etc. Something like this would be nice. Although I am a role play extremist. Even so, I think this would be a great idea for the mod if it is still being updated, I think I will add them to my load order, and this will help me with my character. With builds that FudgeMuppet makes, we wouldn't have to force ourselves into Smithing unless the role play purposes says so.
It's supposed to take their skill into account, yet Alvor can forge elven gear. I once recalled him saying "leave that fancy elven stuff to the elves". Uh huh
About time there was a mod like this. Always wondered why the heck actual career blacksmiths in the game wouldn't have the skills to do the things this mod makes them do. And how exactly can I master the blacksmith skill to the point of being able to make things even the best blacksmiths in the game can't
ooo this is the best one I've seen in a while, been dying for something like this so sick of pouring points into smithing trees. This isn't affected by perkus is it?
dude this is like your 5th video i have watched and you just got yourself another subscriber great variety of mod reviews for skyrim and very well done reviews giving important details with out spoiling everything of the mod
I kinda like this system over all as its more realistic for a Warrior or Knight to order someone else to build their armor and weapons instead of crafting them selfs. So i prefer this system over the vanilla one
I'm having an issue with this mod, and since I'm banned from the nexus I can't ask for a solution. When I ask an npc to temper my gear or w/e, just say 'hand it over', then the dialogue closes. I still have all my equipment. I don't know if this happens with enchanters too. I hope it doesn't. I may need the enchanting service since I have deadly dragons installed. I don't know if I can get help here or not, but at least people will be warned about this issue. I don't have any perk overhauls of any sort. Or anything that affects npcs (unless you count obis or maybe civil war overhaul). I don't see anything that would conflict.
How... How has this not been a thing already. This is one of those "Should have been in the base game" mods that are drop-in-and-never-remove mods.
Kate Clementine It has, mods are not made when Brodual reviews them.
Kate Clementine But smithing was easy. Also, this just allows you NOT to have the smithing perks, you still need the material.
***** Well, considering that Bethesda is following Fallout 3 and New Vegas's modders into Fallout 4...
myztikrice I follow four channels that do Skyrim mods and have actively read/stalked, even participated in two skyrim modding forums in addition of course to skimming through the Skyrim Nexus front page and recent mods pages.
I have still never seen this mod before, never seen anyone mention it before. It isn't a matter of whether it existed before or not. It's the fact of the matter that it hadn't spread yet.
Kate Clementine Loot and Degradation
Alvor... what happened to saving that fancy elves stuff for the elves?
This is perfect, the notion of having to level up smithing or enchanting is something that often bugs me when trying to play a certain kind of character
I'm shocked that this feature wasn't in the base game.
why the FUCK, wasnt this in vanilla?! it doesnt even make sense that you cant do this!!
GheyForGames I can say the same with so many other mods!
So the smithing skill had value
Christian Marrero the smithing skill didn't just "have value", it was one of the most overpowered things in the whole game.
also, without useful stuff to spend your money on, speech has no value.
if you have the option to buy high end equipment (the prices should be pretty damn high for legendary stuff), both are a good option.
GheyForGames Thank consoles for that!
GheyForGames The one thing that annoys me that's not in vanilla Skyrim is not being able to see your secondry weapon when dual wielding... I mean really? That should not have to be modded in lol.
WOAH I was JUST about to look for something like this
DennisJ (The Last Methbender) Gonna order some meth from an alchemeist?
Adrian Sanchez No, just teach them wind magic.
Seker Asar He bends meth though, and also everyone knows wind magic...
DennisJ (The Last Methbender)
isoku's Loot and Degradation mod has some similar features as well, among the main ideas.
www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/55677/?
Adrian Sanchez wrong everyone knows gas magic
I'm finally getting my gaming pc in 2 weeks after more than 2 years of watching skyrim mod videos 😃
MrLightstudios gratz, dont "get" one though, save 200$~ and buy the parts seperately and put them together, and also learn a neat skill in the process :)
MrLightstudios But there's also the matter of them not working together.
It'll work fine if he knows what he's doing. It's not that hard. The Internet is a wonderful place full of knowledge.
Funny enough im getting my gaming pc in 2 weeks
Pc master race
FINALLY, I have something to spend my extra gold on, and saves me time in searching every nook and cranny for ingredients in all crafting trees.
its kind of obvious that greymane will be the top dude for smithing
he does have the magic forge
And by the same logic best enchanting's at the College
Man's steel is legendary.
How is the Sky Forge so special???
(Haven't really went over there much, was it called Windhelm???)
Lauren Ng it's Whiterun lol
This should have been in the vanilla game in first place.
*You know if you've got the aptitude, you should join the mages college in Winterhold...*
Ah, I had you figured for a mage, please, take a look.
Spells and incantations for those with the talent to cast them.
An interesting mechanic to add into ordering things would be to be forced to wait longer for items that are more rare or even controversial. For example, I imagine hearts, whether daedra or human, would be difficult to come by, necessitating that you wait longer for the seller to find a supplier.
or have to pay extra for the extra effort
Thank the lord for this mod, I don't like smithing or enchanting. So this mod is heaven sent!
I'm not particularily insterested in this mod, but i've been looking at your job and dude: you seriously deserve more than my mere subscription, EXCELENT, QUALITY JOB... KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!
Oh my god I've been waiting 4 years for this shit
Amazing how we're all growing up together watching brodual reviews. It's already going to be 4 years of these vids.
Finally a mod I've been waiting for so long
OMFG thank you, goes great with Chesko's mods in terms of the survival ones.
This is awesome! I've been wanting a mod like this for years and someone finally made it!
These mods are great thank you! Grinding to level 100 in smithing and enchanting was tedious, Now I can just enjoy the game as a fireball slinging, sword Battle mage :)
Wow 19 mins since you uploaded and already so many viewers, keep it up Brodual :)
Well, it's about time. I've needed this mod for so many characters.
Ah, perfect, this mod is essential. I was sick of having to level my blacksmithing and enchanting in every single game regardless of what my character was.
Downloading right now... Thanks BD
I don't think I'll ever use this mod, but I'm getting it just for how great of an idea it is.
This seems awesome! Gonna download this for sure when I get home!
you can get dragonbone very early on literaly after the first dragon you meet all you have to do is take the bones go to whiterun the first city you discover then get eourland to craft it for you its op
Brodual I love ur skyrim mod review type of thing. ur my fav UA-camr I come to for mods for skyrim u make great videos wish u the best of luck for your channel
Finally now I can play a pure thief or mage build without constantly wishing I had put in perks for smithing or enchanting. Awesome!
I was just thinking of how a mod like this should've existed already when I was having breakfast earlier today.
you know just until a little bit ago i started to notice two different voices and i always thought it was an older mod showcase with a different microphone but than i noticed it happened twice within a month so than i looked at his name Bro-Dual than i was like "oh yea... that makes sense"
Updated video on GEMS with this one. Great job!
I dont even play skyrim anymore but i watched this video and i thought to my self I NEED THESE MODS
Is it weird that I don't even like Skyrim anymore (I grew tired of it) but I still watch you guys?
The "Order My Items" Mod seems more interesting and useful to me.
This is a really cool mod. I've always thought there should be something for if you were using a warrior character, that would allow them to have gear enchanted, since it's unlikely they would be knowledgeable about enchanting.
Brodual:
UA-cam Captions: *HELLO AND WELCOME TO GROW JULE*
This + Requiem = Amazing combination.
thanks I've really wanted a mod like this for sometime!
0:54
npc reacting to naked player. :P
I loved that Mod, a must-have!
This mod seems WAY more realistic than Skyrim's hero, (Dragonborn) going to a village, buying up all their iron and leather, then forging 500 hundred iron daggers for himself.
Looks like a great mod! Keep up the good work!
Order my items is perfect for me, I can't find any dwarven ingots at shop keepers and I'm not high enough level to even think about dwarven ruins yet.
Arrow, big nope.
you're going to give that old man a heart attack making him dance around like that... :P
These mods will help my play through's! much more immersive, with the mod I don't have to grinding to get some of the higher up armours and weapons. Its also good if you play with a character that is an idiot that doesn't know how to craft anything. Thanks for the great mod review btw!
I was wondering about a mod like this the other day. This is definitely one of the first mods I'm getting... once I get enough money for a good PC...
***** Psh you don't need a good desktop for Skyfrim
unless you want to heavy mod it qq
Choco Bear That's what I meant. Also, apparently you do need a decent PC to play it. My boyfriend's PC could barely run it on the lowest settings, and it wasn't even a year old at that point.
odd. I have a weak desktop but I do have a $50 graphic card
That boost most of my games
Choco Bear Hm.
***** also dont need high end to run on ultra since its not even really that good looking just need a decent card maybe at the 150 -200 dollar range
Brilliant mod! Wish I had this during my play through... always felt smithing was required when playing any armor wearing character.
Order my items and this mod works together, just use Wyre Bash and make a bashed patch(not sure if it was already compatible, I always use Wyre Bash after a mod install).
Already have a mod for the smithing, but might get this for the enchanting.
Ok gotta remember that ordering mod for the next time I play the game. ***** Or even worse with something like frostfall or RND you'll be dead fast travelling around.
***** Or even worse with something like frostfall or RND you'll be dead fast travelling around.
Jerry Moore
Uh I actually do play with both of those installed. lol
***** Good on you.
Fixes one of the biggest problems in vanilla, the absolute need to go into Smithing to produce high damage weapons.
WE NEED THIS ON CONSOLE NOW!!! :D
You require SKSE to run it so consoles will never get it.
wait why the fuck does it need it? I though all that was for was like custom menus and shit well some one needs to try and find a way to make a mod simuler to it cause damn it the enchanting system sucks
Dossie Bigham It uses scripts to make NPCs do what they aren't meant to do in Vanilla
god damn it I fucking hate when they just leave shit in the games like all the fucking references to You being able to do shit like in honed metal but You can't like its just stupid to leave that shit in if its not do able
I got a tip for you. Play it on pc and use a controller.
I'm obviously 3 years behind. It never occurred to me that a mod like this exists!!! No longer will I need to spend 20+ perks for Enchanting and Smithing. I can work on the build that I want without any deviation for these 2 Skill Trees.
Guy just casually holds a hot glowing metal bar in his hand xD
Is there a mod that actually adds an enchantment service for the College of Winterhold? The NPCs talk about it all the time, and it would definitely add some immersion.
WIth this you can do it, its called Honed Metal but works with potions and enchanting
What mod is used for the armor textures? Because that hide and elven armor looks so good.
It would also be fun if mod allowed to the opposite where you could get order for certain items to make and then get paid for quality of the work. It would work mostly well for some mod that makes you not be the dragonborn
So, if Eorlund is the best blacksmith, who is the best enchanter?
this is awesome
The only problem with the order my items mod, I saw that you could order Daedric armor from Alvor. I think it would be better for immersion and role playing if you took their skills into account. With builds that FudgeMuppet makes, we wouldn't have to force ourselves into Smithing unless the role play purposes says so.
I need this mod in my life
This is real useful!!!!! Because I have a mod that decreases some abilities and increases others. I was level 5 on smithing and enchanting
It's supposed to take their skill into account, yet Alvor can forge elven gear.
I once recalled him saying "leave that fancy elven stuff to the elves".
Uh huh
About time there was a mod like this. Always wondered why the heck actual career blacksmiths in the game wouldn't have the skills to do the things this mod makes them do. ooo this is the best one I've seen in a while, been dying for something like this so sick of pouring points into smithing trees. This isn't affected by perkus is it?
are you guys going to do a transforming skyrim episode soon?
This mod is compatible with Hothtrooper's armor yea? Is it compatible with mods that change the crafting recipes like Complete Crafting Overhaul?
This is awesome!
Iv'e been looking for a mod like this!
Everytime I will find something what I want to download I will like your video
Will you guys cover Fallout 4 mods too?
Violette Summers They said yes in a previous video.
Violette Summers He said he would
dude this is like your 5th video i have watched and you just got yourself another subscriber great variety of mod reviews for skyrim and very well done reviews giving important details with out spoiling everything of the mod
best mod ever
I kinda like this system over all as its more realistic for a Warrior or Knight to order someone else to build their armor and weapons instead of crafting them selfs. So i prefer this system over the vanilla one
Don't think I personally will use it (mainly because I'm at mod cap, lol), but it is such a logical option to add x)
hey just wondering, what happened to the other guy? i know someone else used to review mods but i don't hear his voice in any of the videos anymore
I love this actually, alos which mod was the wizard hat from?
I can't get it to work, as it keeps saying that I'm missing a dll
Thank you u you guys are awesome!
What was the ending track
I'm having an issue with this mod, and since I'm banned from the nexus I can't ask for a solution. When I ask an npc to temper my gear or w/e, just say 'hand it over', then the dialogue closes. I still have all my equipment. I don't know if this happens with enchanters too. I hope it doesn't. I may need the enchanting service since I have deadly dragons installed. I wonder if I could use this with Special Edition now that SKSE64 is out
What are the armor retextures? It looks sick!
How about the prices? Are they compatible with mods that change item prices,
such as Requiem?
What was that elven armor mod? Why is it black? It looks bad ass.
I cancelled my order and didn’t get my items back. Are the items lost?
Does this mean you can get Daedric Armour at level 1?
Great, I already have 206 active plugins. Do you mean to tell me I'm going to have to find more space?
When you say the economy overhaul what mod are you referring to?
I have a bug. Some items especially the unique ones cant be acquired again. When I try to pick up nothing happens. This mod buggy as hell.
This would go incredibly well if you specialize in pure Rogue
I know this video is old but what is that elvan armor reskin?
hey, any1 know what skill levels most of the smiths/enchanters in skyrim are for this mod? maybe just tell me who has 100 smithing/enchanting?
Does it work for dragonborn. So if you befriend the Skaal can they craft stahlrim.
Omfg! Yes!
I need this!
How did you get your Enb to look like that mine looks totally different and it's the same
Shit man, "Skyforge-Steel" Greymanes got moves
to be fair its pretty good for just steel
ok. can some one please tell me what mod he uses to make his weapons and armor look better. like darker? it looks so good!
