Unfortunately Tatooine’s life expectancy is a lot lower than a lot of Planets. It’s good thing Anakin got off of Tatooine when he was a Child or he would look as old as Ben in his Twenties. Owen isn’t from Tatooine his Dad bought him there originally for Obi-Wan to meet his Brother but it was cut from the movie unfortunately.

Obi-Wan Kenobi, like many Jedi, was taken to the Jedi Temple at a very young age. He was identified as Force-sensitive and brought to the Temple when he was approximately six months old. That's why it can be said he left at 'age 0'- he hadn't turned one year old yet! 😂
