I have one of my friends in the IDBI executive they treat executives like shit. Even TCS or any IT company has less workload than an executive. That guy enters before or around 9:30am like you but never gets a chance to leave the branch before 8:45 pm ...and workload and sales targets are like hell. If you have to work so much try to do it in PSBs rather than private banks
Executive mein koi bond nehi hota hein as of now but recruitment ka advertisement jab ayega tab read kar lijiye ga q ki may be coming years mein T&C change ho sakta hein.
