IDBI is not worth it. , my brother cracked IDBI last year but left after 2 months to prep for regulatory bodies bcoz of work pressure & non home state posting, no work life balance.
I am working as a AM in IDBI Bank don't join IDBI Bank you have to work as a majdoor in IDBI BANK. You are responsible for all the work irrespective of which position you hold TSE ,CSE , SOM OR WHATEVER

Karlo join bhai. Mai bhi kar raha hu. Ha NOC de denge IDBI wale Aram se. Aur PO ke interviews me kuchh jyada padhna nahi padega, job related questions me hi kam ho jayega.
