It worked in the sixties, it will work again. We just NEED someone like Teddy Roosevelt in the whitehouse, and a congress, senate, and court that will do the right thing for PEOPLE, and not COMPANIES and their owners.

It might work better in south if the word Union wasn't used, some places down there still think that they are fighting The Union of the North. Perhaps explaining it as a Labor Rights Defense group would be better understood.

Thank you Senator. Union membership has improved my life as well as my family's.
You're don't know how lucky you are, America, to have a politician of such integrity who has spent his whole life fighting for the rights of working people. As someone who lived in the UK for decades, and then in Europe, I've never come across any politician as dedicated and hardworking as Bernie, with so much passion for the rights of ordinary folk.

Another factor to consider is to get private equity out of human services including housing, medical, education, etc.. I watched a story showing REITs increasing home prices by turning homes into high-rent profit centers. In same story, water resources were discussed as well and that story showed how over time water and sewer prices soared under private equity management.

My daughter is a trucker, and she is having trouble with keeping driving. She says there are many truckers who can not get into a union because of entry level.
