I suggest you start the farm with a hero that casts life barrier and balthazars spirit. You flag the hero at the very beginning. This makes the initial 3 minute wait completely mindless, you can look at other stuff on a second monitor. After 3 minutes have passed, youll ball the enemies up and youll automatically be out of range of the hero, no extra flagging necessary.
Great video, but just as an add to this you can do it the safe way by having a bonder hero with you. That way there is no gear requirements, but with the downside of getting you less drops.
@@InkogitoRecords Haha, I hear you, but it's on avarage 3 drops less every run and puts you in a position to farm faster so for me it's probably just about equal ;)
@@sypharorigin it drops your rate form 100% to 50% this is half the amount so you need to be more then double your speed to be worth and i dont think so but it is probably good for ppl who not that good or want to learn.
@@InkogitoRecords First of all you need to take into account that the drops multiply by the amount of partymembers; heroes, henchmen or real players doesn't matter. So the theoretic half drops isn't really the case, far from it. Over the years however I can only say that going solo or with a hero depends greatly on the location of the farm and as for glints farming (avarage income per hour) it's roughly the same.
@people dieing while balling: If you don't want to die while balling you have to kite a little bit, like he does in the video.. I don't think it's mentioned in the video but you can see the character moving back and forth to regain health. I had to rewatch the video a couple of times until I caught that :D
hello is this farm still viable? i have been trying for 3 hours now and i cant see to make it work...... never mind what i do i keep dying at the 2:45-3 min marks - simple too much dmg from barrage.... help pls
Yes. it still works. Just make sure that you activate your assassin enchantments as soon as they recharge. You need to maintain the SF dmg reduction effect. And before you start using Whirling, make sure you have all of your enchantments up.
Ritualist touch skill? What skill? Are you maintaining shadow form with Deadly Paradox? Do you have a +20% enchanting weapon? No spells should be hitting you. You might get hit by a Spirit Rift if you stand too close to one of the Dwarves in the beginning. You want to make sure all of the dwarves die before taking their aggro.
I just tried it again but this time with an assassin and ran into the issue you were talking about. In my case, whirling only does 5 dmg since it is on an assassin. that gives them too much time to cast vengful weapon and kill you. On a ranger, you should be dealing 11 dmg which kills them faster than they can cast the spell. Just be sure to not move after you activate whirling. I did it again on ranger, and no issues (even though I missed one of them :P) imgur.com/a/x2Rnjal

Nice :) I always used the afk farm method with heroes (even though I was never afk)

Nice
Is there a difference in detroyer core drops between hard mode and normal mode ?
Generally no. But you tend to get nicer drops in HM. TBH I never tried this method in NM so I am not sure how the ai reacts.
Can a warrior/R or W/A do this?
Possibly in NM but it would likely be difficult and slow.
Can u explane me how u dont get killed by rutialist? Because every single time i try this i get killed by Ritualist touch skill :)

@@MozoGW They nerfed this way of farming. Now ritualists use 'Vengeful Weapon' that dmg u alot if u hit them.
@@MozoGW And yes i use proper build/runes/weapons and mods.
I just did it twice and it worked fine. Are you auto-attacking them? Are you in HM?

Only class I don’t have T-T
Does it also work with Assa/Ranger?
Yes, lets try OwJTgZ/8ZiHRn5AiAS44u85gVEA
it should but it might be harder to kill all the destroyers
