But, I mean I can read and understand what skale soup does, but I don't really see anyone use it, beside for the quest ... Could you make a video about consummables, like ALL of them, not only the cons, and talk about how useful they could be in some situations ? That would be great :D

I am not familiar with it. It is likely farmed in NM though if it does not have a req.
How come your SF is up so fast? I never get to have ''perma'' SF.
Always cast Deadly Paradox before each shadow form. You also need a staff with a +20% enchanting mod.
