Thank you so much for your comments. I'm really struggling with audio. This video my mic decided not to record at all. I had to voiceover afterwards on my laptop which didn't want to cooperate either. The joys of budget filming.
It can only get better from here.

I find ANY music distracting. My advice would be to limit music to parts where you aren't talking and keep the volume really low.
