@@thecuckoos9336 Yes, the RC-600 is the really tempting one! Are stores really going to be charging the same for either?! The build quality of the 600 immediately looks more gig-and-trust worthy (and cooler looking, IMO)! Those plastic audio jacks on the 505 remind me of several similar ones on Korg products that I’ve seen damaged.
I’ve got a preorder for a blue Glou-Glou Loupé, myself, which is a premium looper of a very different sort. In moments of weakness, I’ve questioned whether I’d rather get an RC-600 for the same or less cost… I don’t gig, though. RC-600 seems a no-brainer for live use, whether on its own, on the floor with a tabletop MIDI controller, or vice versa. Exciting times, and happy to see that even Boss is enabling slightly more weird/unconventional looping, even if “Replace” isn’t quite the same as loop decay, etc., etc. Looper connoisseurs, unite? 😅😂🔁
@@chiefbucknell Yeah also having a 6th track, combined with all of the audio routing capabilities and better bit rate it looks perfect for me. I use my 505 in single mode for pre recorded song sections, with the stereo outs pre panned so my bass and keys have individual outs, and I've been experimenting with using various midi controllers/foot pedals to control it while performing (I'm having a custom wireless hand held controller made.) so I think the 600 is really gonna be a game changer for me with all of the extra new features.
