You dont have to connect your phone to wifi or turn off wifi on your pc, just turn on mobile data hotspot and you connect to it on the laptop or just use your phone. (genuinely sorry about the paragraph :p im sory )

You can still play roblox on pc but take longer to loading the game
For mobile you have to use vpn so you can play the game
or search the game you previously played in your history page or google it, thats the only way i can access the games

I believe that I heard from a NTTS video that gilded has a few flaws in its system. I don’t know if they patched it, but I believe you can do a TON of stuff to mess with the platform, I think you might even be able to gain forced access to servers, soo, I feel like announcements might not do too well
This is just an ISP problem, I'm affected and the website is just really messed up on chrome but somehow it's somewhat usable on edge (you have to go into your profile and from there play your favorites or join your friend). Some of my friends aren't affected so not all of the country is restricted. It's just annoying not being able to access the homepage or discover page.

as a vietnamese, i can confirm roblox page is down here, just the app and the homepage though. We still can play roblox through the game link but not everyone knows about it

NOT TRUE, there is a problem with Vietnam’s ISP (Internet service) that is not letting them connect to Roblox. There are also some other websites that were having problems in Vietnam.
There is a news, that Vietnam's ISP in Vietnam is fixed but we still cant access the game both in website and app, only have one way is using vpn or enter the game link, very suffering;(((

technically you can still play Roblox, access the site and studio through a VPN. You however, have to disable it before playing any games, else it will disconnect you.

hi i am from vietnam here and yes most players in vietnam is unable to play roblox due to an error or what ever roblox claim as will make us have trouble connecting to the severs and the said that the severs will be up on may (yes a whole month)but we manly use vpn to play the game anyway

The biggest outage was like three years ago when roblox was down for 3 days but yeah. 1:20 also ( I know vietnam is out for 4 days but the 2021 outage was all around the world not only in one country).

I have a couple things to talk about with notifications. In the settings you can toggle get notified when somebody invites you, I have it disabled but it still notifies me. Also the popups are trash, absolute trash. Most games just randomly shove them in your face while you are trying to play. Like I don't want to favourite this random game, just no.

You can still play roblox as a Vietnamese. The website’s ui is broken, sure but the buttons are still functional so you can just hop on a game via a link then press they gray button right next to the game’s thumbnail. For some reason, my ui is normal (prolly btr’s doing) so I don’t really need to do anything to play a game except for clicking on a certain game’s link and then click play.
Vpns increase your ping by like uh 1 billion so i much prefer doing this, if you wanna switch your avatar then yeah it’s your only choice or do a convoluted set up that involves connecting to a mobile hotspot like someone mentioned.

As a vietnamese they didn't ip ban us but they turned the website in our location to html average website + most of the time unable to log in + cant search up access any games through normal means. We can still play games though

This error is because of vietnam's internet service providers and they are trying to fix it
Some locations in vietnam are fixed and people near it are able to join roblox now
