Hi there, I don’t do a lot of runny fillings but the next time I’m making something I will record a video. Usually if my filling is super runny I let it set in the fridge until it’s not so runny anymore 😅 To your next question: I make my own chocolate and I don’t use any emulsifier in it. This means my chocolate can get super thick and to help with that I’m adding cocoa butter. Hope this helps a bit! המטבח המטייל
