Leah, I'm glad to see you! If I don’t want to do something, but I need to do it, then I first get out of bed or chair, take a step, and then think. For example, throw out the trash. If you think about it for a long time, you become lazy. And if you get up from the couch and start getting dressed, and only then take out the trash, then laziness and reluctance will fly away somewhere. Action conquers laziness and fear, but reason only scares us)
It's so important to cherish your daily life! That makes up most of our days, so it's necessary to feel comfortable being with oneself and to care for one's own good. Very nice and honest vlog, I'd love to see more of the positive selfcare and openness!

OMG LEAH- I dont know if you remember a few months ago I asked you in the comments if you had snapchat and you said you dont use it much- but I would totally follow you on there! I feel like its a better place to just post sporadic things and not worry about it being aesthetic or anything like on instagram. So yeah I would say go for it! I personally cannot wait for saturdays to watch your vlogs every week so more content would be so great! ! x also wanted to ask how you trim your bangs cause it just seems so daunting to do it yourself! I had mine cut a few months ago and want to keep them but dont want to keep going back to the hairdressers! and sorry last point but I dont know about anyone else but I would totally watch 52+ mins of footage if you ever dont feel like cutting it down! Hope you have a lovely week xxx
aww hehe, I'm trying to use it often but I keep forgetting already LMAO 😢 to trim your bangs: u just need courage and a pair of sharp scissors. I just chop them in a (kind of) straight line, it doesn't really matter if it's a bit uneven, since they kind of shuffle about and it all blends together in the end!!! (at least my hair does)
I usually have ~4 hours of footage per video 🥲 most of it is just me setting up the shot though LOL

Hey Leah. Could you tell me the headphones (AirPods) you use. I heard you say they were very good and I’m looking to buy a new one. I have apple AirPods now and the microphone for calls just stopped working for no reason so I don’t want to repurchase these.
Ps. Please check your vitamin D levels. The last time I was constantly getting depressed turns out I was severely lacking vitamin D
hello! I use the Sony Linkbuds S! However, I actually dropped one of them on the floor and then drove over it with my car 😢 But they work okay with just one! I will either repurchase the same ones of get AirPods Pro, do you not recommend them? I'm worried they will hurt my ears haha
Well the AirPods Pro are good for music and they do fit comfortable to me HOWEVER, they don’t work for my calls anymore. I don’t know why. I hear people but they don’t hear me 😩 so for that reason, I’d say stick with what you know for sure works!
