g force goes the fastest and has 35-50 miles of range with pedal assist and 19 miles of full throttle (27-30mph) and is foldable in three ways. 58lbs, hydraulic abs brakes etc for $1300!
Most of those Vespa style scooters came from Europe. When I designed bicycle parts and went to Taiwan, they were everywhere. Japan made the Honda ones I believe.
These look cool but I would not be interested in some of these due to the often heavy battery being located in the back luggage rack area. I had this configuration on my first E-bike & it handled poorly for obvious reasons
How does one know which of these bikes is the best for each circumstance. I wish I could print out all the specs for each bike. Are any of these bikes being offered on the East Coast? I’m a big guy at 6’02”, 330 lbs, so I need it to be both rugged and powerful.

I like the sun doors model and I’m interested also in the red rover six. Can you advise regarding comparison cost etc. thank you
No wheel size I am 5 '1 " short. I also like step through. With fat tires. Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't like to go off road to I go on and off. I like the idea with the horn and lights. Love the idea of enclosed wiring and things like that. Love love the extra-long life battery. Everyone forgets short people. 🤔
4k is twice the price of most of these bikes. A 4k bike should perform twice as good as a 2k bike. 4k or 2x the price is hardly a little more money. Sur-Ron X Black which we just featured in a previous video has 40 miles range, 3 hr charge time, 2000W, 45mph at $4100. The #5 bike here (Sinch) $1600 20mph 750W 40 miles range 4- 5 hrs charge time and it folds. #4 (Sun & Fun) also folding. Not a big deal but important to some. $1700, 31mph 80 miles range. The (24/7) $2k 31mph also up to 80 miles range. The (02) same specs except has a 1000W motor for $2700. The #3 bike for 2k (Stark) 28mph, and 100 miles range, 750W, 6-7 hr charge time. #2 at $2.2k 30 mph, 70+ miles range, 1000W. #1 Rockstar at $2.9k, 28mph, up to 60 miles range. Comparing prices and specs I wouldn't say the Sur-Ron blows any of these bikes out of the water. Worth mentioning is according to most state laws on e-bike classes, the Sur-Ron at 45mph is legally a motorcycle.
Top 5 seriously and 4 of the five are hubdrive Maybe top 5 bang for your buck but not even close top 5 as in 5 best And what category? Urban commute/mtb/ cargo?
I'd love to get me a eBike. But for what you get for the price. They all seem way over priced to me. Maybe eBikes are kind of like when Flat Screen TV's first came out, just wait a few years till the price drops before buying one. I maybe wrong about that. But at these prices. NO THANKS
I have been mountain biking for over 30 years and bought a number of bikes over that time. With bikes, it's all about the components. A basic derailleur for example might cost $40 while a bulletproof design can run up to $500. Same with brakes and rims and shocks and cassettes, etc. If you want something that will last and not breakdown, you need to spend a minimum of $1500 to $2000 for a non-ebike. Now add a battery and a motor, controller, display, wiring ... you can see that you quickly get up to 3-4K with a standard frame etc. Prices of basic bike components have not gone down, they have gone up and will continue to over the years.
Sorry, but that 250,000 is from like 2015. In 2021 it was over 1,000,000 ebikes sold. The growth continues to explode, and it wont be long before its 5 million. And oh btw, regular bike sales waffle between 16 million and 17 million. 20 million is rarely reached, and after the pandemic its going back down below 15 million.
I live on a hill and I would like something to help me get up the hill without a license. I hear ebike are good to buy. I just want the right one. Hey I like the O2 casual.
My brother in law is 6' 5 he has a Specialized turbo como in xl size , it fits him great ,works great very nice bike , high quality build. Life time frame warranty and shop 20 miles from our house
I've got one and the weight doesn't bother me. I don't believe that it's a true mountain bike, more like a go anywhere you want to go trail bike that's a step above just about everything else in the price range.
Like all these bikes but my budget is limited and most if not all despite their features don't match my primary need which is low weight in order to get the bike up and down a long flight of stairs. All other factors are niceties compared to this key factor. Folding is nice for space considerations and to get a bike into a vehicle but weight is the true consideration when it comes to transporting a bike up and down stairs....... especially longer trips on stairs or multiple flights in cases where one is in the second floor or worse still higher. I call these types of bikes Apartment Bikes.
If it looks like an unconventional bike in any way, you will stand out on a MTB trail and once they see its an ebike, they will likely pull you off the trail. ebikes are being banned at trails all over... Get the one that is most stealthy.
It is very heavy. I'm sure mine is close to 90lbs. Plus you need to be tall to ride it. The seat with the dropper post is quite high. I'm 6' and its kinda big for me. I love it and ride it almost every day. I found a nice heavy duty bike rack on Amazon for less than $400 that will fit 4 ebikes. They have some around $200 for 2 ebikes. Not cheap but either is the Rockstar or quality.
@@JERRYTU63 Leader Accessories 2-Bike Platform Style Hitch Mount Bike Rack. On Amazon. They only have the 2 bike one available now. If you don't like that one they have other brands. Just make sure you check the description for how much weight they can handle.
Take the “rock star”, add an actual seat, instead of a piece of metal, a bit more style, a simple step through design for easy access, an available backrest, a 24” seat to allow the rider to sit where they want and rear foot pegs for another passenger, an available front basket, and you have the Addmotor Motan M-66 R7.
Age doesn't have much to do with riding an ebike. If anything, they are great for seniors (I'm 61). If you are concerned about too much power you can get a 250-350w hub drive step through which gives you a smooth and reasonable amount of power. If you live in a hilly area, then a 750w to 1000w hub drive will work. You might want to consider a mid-drive motor bike that really excels in climbing hills. Good luck
All these bikes are generic Chinese bikes with brand names on them. Most of them can be compared and matched with other companies. Plus most of them, other than a mid drive is powerless. Those stair runs and sand rides were approached from a distance with speed to actually achieve it. I rode a couple of these my friends bought and they are not happy to say the least. They did do one thing right. They sold them on marketplace lol.
Seriously ? You’re promoting an E-bike (Moar) to be made by a new, startup company that is only taking preorders ??? Whose to say that they take $5-6m in preorders and then shutdown?
I want to FYI everyone of buying e bikes and parts. I bought 1 factory made with 2 Conversion Kits past 6 months as my last buy was a plan ahead must buy. Now, it's best to buy as much or to prepare for China s exclusion from US due to issues of Taiwan. Never overlook this fact but the present Cargo Ship or latest one in our ports maybe the last for some time knowing once China declare their stalemate, the goods, commerce ect will be gone leaving US a period of time getting e bikes and parts such as batteries will not be available anymore and any SToCK , the seller will sell highest bid. I got what I needed in 3 set up e bikes knowing supply will be limited. Buy NOW as much as you can to not be in that situation when the stock is empty or the prices will increase due to limited supply with a high demand for them. I bS you all not, China will shut US out soon...

Rob Live in Florida where it’s mostly flat and looking for a medium priced electric bike with racks as I will use it to go to the grocery store and other local places as well as down at the beach. I like the sun doors model and I’m interested also in the red rover six. Can you advise regarding comparison cost etc. thank you
Will they deliver the aerial rider to the UK
You can ask them!!!
@@karenvickers8165 no way
notable mentions would be bikes like the Lectric XP and Friend.
Availability is the biggest concern for most e bike buyers. The demand exceeds production by far for middle of the price range products
Lectric, Ecotric and Sondors all make bikes you can ride. Cheaper makers do too.
Himiway escape is little
Spend just a little more and get a surron x. Blows all these bikes away…. But it is around $4k.
Top 5 seriously and 4 of the five are hubdrive
Maybe top 5 bang for your buck but not even close top 5 as in 5 best
And what category? Urban commute/mtb/ cargo?
Maybe using the electric for going back home when you're tired is best.
They maybe to heavy to pedal without power
The bike is very nice👍👍🥰
You list the wrong Ontario for Aventon, the correct location is in Ontario, CA not Canada.
I'm looking for a recumbent trike due to my physical problems and limits.
thats crazy that 250,000 bikes that are sold are electric bikes
How about bikes that can also recharge with pedal assist future? :)
Any recharging from pedal assist would be absolutely minimal.
Well done! Keep up the good work, y’all.
Thank you!
Great video!
Not on your list but I'd love to get a SONDORS LX in Stormtrooper White!
I'm an Amputee that would like to ride again . Thank you for your the Info for e bike assist transportation.
I am authorized vendor kindly contact via username for more details.
Me too can't afford those and need the ability to put on a bus when battery runs out
Kool.... Wish I could afford one.
There are ways to go about it kindly text via username for more details.
What was the song at the end of the video? I know, I'm lame and I thought the Honda was a Vespa... Thanks anyways!
Like number 1 bike 🚲
I live on a hill and I would like something to help me get up the hill without a license. I hear ebike are good to buy. I just want the right one. Hey I like the O2 casual.
Do your research. A lot of the rear hub motors can’t get up a hill.
I'm 6'5" 230lbs
Whats a good very powerful higher end bike for tall people. Mostly path trails. Going to work
My brother in law is 6' 5 he has a Specialized turbo como in xl size , it fits him great ,works great very nice bike , high quality build. Life time frame warranty and shop 20 miles from our house
I like the Moar bikes!!! Great video,
Sure building some good looking bikes, obviously you can play with the design more than with cars
18 months later and the Rockstar is $500 higher. No longer in that $3000 and under class.
i really like number 5
83 lbs. Rockstar.,
83 lb. Mountain bike,
Wtf.
I've got one and the weight doesn't bother me. I don't believe that it's a true mountain bike, more like a go anywhere you want to go trail bike that's a step above just about everything else in the price range.
remember batteries weigh a lot and dont forget the motor.
Aerial have the best E-Bikes
spree honda right I hope so God bless you, Georgie trivia question?
Ok.
Can you use the rockstar on streets to?
YOU REALLY BUT SOME GREAT BIKES OUT THIS VIDEO! YOU DID YOUR HOME WORK!!
Why is your summary in reverse order? START with no. 1.
Thanks for review still thinking far as I am concerned still mega overpriced cheaper to buy used Vespa scooter
I call these types of bikes Apartment Bikes.
it's an cool content
MY PICK SO FAR IS THE MOAR!!!
You totally overlooked the fastest most powerful e bike, the grizzly.
Does anyone know of any decent ebikes for 400lbs riders?
Specialized has a life time frame warranty, high build quality and they come in xl sizes too. Como models start out at 2400 us dollars
Get one without a motor and lose a bit of weight!
chevrolet volt
If it looks like an unconventional bike in any way, you will stand out on a MTB trail and once they see its an ebike, they will likely pull you off the trail. ebikes are being banned at trails all over... Get the one that is most stealthy.
Who? The trail boys?
The weight of the Sondor is too heavy, we need a super heavy duty bike rack to transport this bike!!!
@@jackyank2874 what’s the bike rack did you found? Do you have a link or brand?
@@JERRYTU63 Leader Accessories 2-Bike Platform Style Hitch Mount Bike Rack. On Amazon. They only have the 2 bike one available now. If you don't like that one they have other brands. Just make sure you check the description for how much weight they can handle.
@@jackyank2874 Thanks for the information! 😀
@@jackyank2874 can you provide a name or link, I need a two ebike and the local shops are $400+
Sondors is too heavy but the bike looks nice!
At higher speeds the weight actually adds stability…. and keeps the price lower…
I need an Ebike that has at least front suspension can handle 300lbs has fat tires 4” can ride in the snow 1000w at least and is a good price
well pretty sure you can find more than just fat tire bikes for your videos but might need to venture outside of usa
They got nothing on the stealth bomber. 6,200 watts.
I have never heard of any of these companies...
Hello SolarizeYourLife, thank you for watching!
Take the “rock star”, add an actual seat, instead of a piece of metal, a bit more style, a simple step through design for easy access, an available backrest, a 24” seat to allow the rider to sit where they want and rear foot pegs for another passenger, an available front basket, and you have the Addmotor Motan M-66 R7.
it is a vespa!
I love E bikes, but at my age I do not know if I would be safe!!!!
Buy a ebike that is best for you . The come in all styles . Talk to your local bike shop and take a test ride .
Good luck
Rockstar is more like 3300 on they're website
Range in 'kg' is the most US thing I have ever seen..
Ontario, Canada???
Yes it can be shipped to your designated location . For more details kindly text via username.
Fat tires and/or folders. Those are the best at this price point? No commuters?
I am searching for the best and “Coolest” to surprise my freind in Vienna, Austria. This would be for exercise, commuting and most of all, FUN!
Addmotor M-66 R7.
I'm wanting a good comuter that will keep with 40 mph traffic!!!!!
triva question? looks like a Vespa to me. from Italy. See Audrey Hepburn, lol!
HOW ABOUT LESS EXPENSIVE BELT DRIVEN WITH DISC BRAKES, MID-DRIVE, FRONT SUSPENSION
Something in the midle
I bS you all not, China will shut US out soon...
you know as much about bikes as I do about sea urchins
You know a lot!!!!!!
I think it’s a “Scooter” from Italy...?
No it is Japanese...
God damn I could buy a crappy dacia car with 1500$ here in Romania.
