- The Paragon Pearl is an incredible skid-flip ball with the continuation through the pins from every zone on the lane I tried. You don't normally see that, but SPECTO data is there to back up the massive continuation claims of this new HK22 pearl monster!
With the help of SPECTO data, it'll help tell the story about reaction shape, overall hook and continuation through the pins. Here are the SPECTO data points used and definition of each term:
Ball Speed - Speed measured off the hand.
Rev Rate - Revolutions Per Minute (RPM)
Launch Angle - The angle the ball traveled the first 10 feet.
Break Point Position - Board at which the ball was at its outermost position.
Total Hook - Total number of boards the ball crosses on the way to the pins.
Hook Power - Number of boards the ball hooked based on the True Breakpoint.
Entry Angle - The angle of the ball between 51 and 55 feet.
Impact Angle - The angle of the ball between 57 and 59.5 feet.
Pin Deck Exit - Ball position at the end of the pin deck.

Track balls always hit so hard they definitely doing something right
So many polished balls coming out with HK22. Love the green, really looks sharp spinning down the lane.
I got to throw this last week at a demo and the more I moved left with it the more it thanked me. I think I personally still preferred the Stealth Pearl for my game but the Paragon was something special. I currently have an Archetype and Kinetic Black Ice and its becoming clear that I am matching up really well to what Track are releasing at the moment.
I’m more of an asym pearl guy myself, easier time controlling the breakpoint because it sees it harder typically.
Green ball mean cashing in tournaments every time! This will be added to the bag. Thanks for the reviews you put out.
Def a must have for me. Love the original Paragon and being someone in need of a new Pearl ball, this looks fantastic. Great video as always!

Love your reviews! I’m speed dominant and always afraid shiny stuff will never make the turn for me. I tried the madness at a demo last weekend and it shocked me how good it was but I tend to like Track stuff more. I think this is going in the bag with my Archetype and Stealth!
You got to love a ball that makes you look good - that strikes at will no matter where you throw it - just pitch it to the outside and watch it come roaring back. This ball seems to be that kind of ball. I've had a few and they were fun to throw and created a lot of memories. I've never had much luck with Track in the past, but this ball has me thinking about giving Track another chance. Thanks for the review!

Hey Nick, how would this compare to the Katana Assault? This Paragon is a beautiful color. Definitely need more green balls out on the lanes.

Maybe! I’ll be following up this video with an all Pearl arsenal building video with all Track balls to see if it’s doable. Should be up by next week.

How does the Paragon Pearl match up against the Innovator Pearl? I am thinking of replacing/upgrading the Innovator Pearl and like all I ?see on the Paragon Pearl.

I love my fanatic Btu the only urethane ball that really fits my game what is something like it I can replace it with?
There’s not much like that ball out at the moment. BTU is still reactive, just so slow and mild it acts similar to what urethane would be like. The resins we have now are too strong compared to it.

Please side by side this with the hybrid. The hybrid is the latest ball I've ever thrown even with surface. I HATE the ball. I would love to know if this thing is earlier

did you have your main camera sitting on something with a motor? Looks shaky visuals.
Had issues with the main camera mounting a cooling fan to the tripod. Corrected in post but still minor shake.

This should be quite a bit stronger heads up against eachother. More flare, and an asymmetrical core.

He's moving 15 boards to the left. The arrows are 5 boards apart and at that point he's moved two arrows left with his aim and around 15 boards left with his feet at the foul line.
