George Verwer meets Billy Graham

53 years ago, George was saved at a Billy Graham meeting in Madison Square Garden, New York. This marked a turning point in his life and since then, George has devoted himself to spreading the gospel message of Jesus all over the World and founded Operation Mobilisation.
It was an emotional occasion on the 28.03.08 as George was finally able to sit down and talk with his spiritual father for the very first time.

Hi George,
Greetings from a 'young soldier' who translated for you in Gdansk, when you visited Poland during martial law in 1983.
In 1995 God gave me a privilege to become a founding member of the Biblical Mission Association (BMA)- the first Polish missionary organization, being also a part of Wycliffe Bible Translators.
Yesterday, (March 29, 2008) there was a special service of dedication: OM-Poland joined BMA, so now
Wycliffe and OM work together to mobilize Polish churches into missions.

I had the privilege of meeting this great man of God Mr. George Verwer at Geneva Bible Institute in Geneva, Switzerland in the 2000. I want to have the same passion which George Verwer has for the extension of God's Kingdom.
Dr. Billy Graham's Book "Peace With God" is the best book which I have ever read and that's one of the reasons why I'm serving Jesus in India.
May God continue to use these two men mightily so that many more young people like me would be touched and motivated to live for Jesus Christ.
