I actually went to Odyssey Fun World back in the Winter of 2015 in which we went there to see Santa, while I was at the place, we went to the area that had the Stage, but at the time just like you, I had no idea the Rock-afire Explosion band were behind the curtains and did not stick around in the area but I had fun at Odyssey Fun World nonetheless. I especially had fun in the play place there, and it was so huge and there were a couple times I tried climbing to up one of the bigger slides.
The rockafire at oddysey fun world it was another project by the creator of THE ROCKADIRE CREATOR A K A AARON FECHTER thats the new roxkafire created by Aaron! Its true! But it was better looking! And better working and it was a way for kids to interact!
I'm not sure what pisses me off more.. The fact that the band was that poorly maintained, or that they let that configuration fall into such poor condition. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong but that configuration is pretty rare, right?
Yes, this variation of the band is extremely rare. And they didn't really "fall" into this state, the techs at Oddyssey Fun World do care for the band, the problem is the band itself. The plastic the band is made of breaks easy and it's really cheap and those plastic parts are hard to find, we are lucky the shows been running for over 20 years...

They appear to be finally be sold to a private collector. Hopefully the new owners fixes it up and cares for it
