You can't win anything being a one man team
@@sunoolee9467Everyone’s beginning to intergrate into Marescas system, it’s not the one man team anymore, it’s a Chelsea squad ready to challenge for Top 4.
I’m scared that later in the season we will be found out and not adapt quick enough, I think we will do well against bigger sides as they try to attack, allowing us to attack aswell. I think that the upcoming competitive fixtures like Liverpool or Newcastle may be the most exciting games of the season for neutrals.
The next few games are huge for you guys, if you can cope with it well i've be very impressed
@@Vizeh I think we can at least cope with them. I think we should be competitive in each fixture, win them maybe not. I’m more scared about teams that are fine with soaking up the pressure like Forest, those could be big hurtles for us. Another team I’m scared about is arsenal, there defensive solidity combined with there attacking output could be the perfect antidote to our system. I’m scared we could loose a game against a side like that by a scary margin. This season might be like the end of last, a bunch of wins combined with very infuriating results.

If they stay consistent and the manager actually stays consistent with their gameplan, I think sheer quality of the squad can put them back on Top 4 without much hassle. Especially when other teams are bottling and fumbling over (Spurs, United). That said, in order to be a title contender, they need elite level tactics for the big games and I am not convinced Marezca is a master tactician yet.
Top 4 would be very good progress for them this year, if they can keep that consistency
I could see them fighting for the 4th spot this year with Aston Villa

The "big" teams aren't the ones we struggle against tbh. Last season we went toe-to-toe with every big 6 side and it's cause we're good in transition. We're good when we have space in behind to attack. Our biggest problem is winning against low blocks and haram anti-football like the stuff Forest play lmao. We cannot for our lives break teams down like that

Enzo is important. Maresca even said it. The Bournemouth game is a good example, we couldn’t create much without him. Obv he needs to improve, but wouldn’t say he makes Chelsea worse. He’s acc been alr this season bar a couple games
i feel the we might be able to finish top 4 this season and as the young squad gets more experience we might be able to (hopefully) start challenging for the title again like we used to.
Top 4 and a deep cup run would be very good for you lads this year id think
It's not that Chelsea suddenly is good for unknown reason
It's that people were slandering and hating them much more than they deserved, because they weren't THAT bad, and now it's a shock for many that they can win couple games in a row and play decent football
It’s mainly due to the large amount of money spent to then be performing poorly

I've said it before, and I'll say it agian. Once Chelsea get Osimhen, It's over. They can score from anywhere on the pitch. The wings, Midfield and set pieces (especially with Osimhen).
Considering having to watch the club get forced into new ownership, see so of the worst football for 2 years... I'm very happy with where we are currently
They have a lot of options on the attack as long as they finish those chances. The main concern is the defense and keeper.
I don't need youtubers making vids about us bringing more spotlight on us I like the way were moving in silence not being noticed relieves the pressure on our young team. We've been going through the motions for a while now and I like to believe that we are going somewhere now although there are still tougher opponents to come so am just enjoying the breath of fresh air we are experiencing right now
When you’re a club like Chelsea, people will talk if it’s good or bad of course haha
Felt it was inevitable that a major upturn would occur, with exemplary squad depth and a solid intake of players. Core abundance of youth, which has been gaining experience throughout. Only caveat is the chasm between the title contenders.

I'm a Chelsea fan. I see this season going mostly well.
I think we'll mainly keep our points against teams that we SHOULD beat, and I personally don't mind losing against teams that we're most likely to lose to
This year is our biggest test is "can this starting 11 work for top 4". There's more improvements to make, but I have a bit of faith
Chelsea literally have too many very talented players in the squad to seriously worry about. It's just a matter of appointing a good manager. So far it's looking like they have.
Only a matter of time before the egos take over and create a headache for everyone.
It took poch about half a season to identify his starting 11, maresca did it in a week. Chelsea has a great squad but they weren't bringing results because it took poch too long to figure out which players linked up well & complimented each other
It was natural that he took that long. We had a massive squad. Maresca benefited from much of Poch’s work. In fact he’s using some of Poch’s work including playing on transition etc
In other words, you've no patience, and you helped the negative atmosphere around parts of the fan base who are simpletons.
I’m just not keeping any expectations from Chelsea because, as a fan myself, I know how quickly things can go south, especially towards the holiday period (Christmas and new year). However, I’ve really been enjoying how we’ve approached and played every game so far, even the cup games.
One thing with Chelsea this season tho is that, games like palace and forest are games we normally lose 1-0 and I had accepted the fact that we’re gonna lose after wood scored, but then madueke scored and then I realised that, this is not the same Chelsea team that drop points on a consistent basis against the smaller, low block teams. This is the only source of copium for me, then again, to reassure myself that things will be different this time, with players like palmer and also how maresca approaches each game
with enzo fenandez and the racism alligations he wasnt the only one singing that chant yet hes the one that gets all the blame. Dont get me wrong whar he did was fucked up but i dont see why any of the other Argentinian players on that bus got a free pass
I think it's too soon to give a verdict on Chelsea. For now, it looks like Maresca is the right man for the job but they haven't done anything to justify the overspending, the amount of players they're bringing and the long contracts that they're giving out.
The only Chelsea player who exceeded expectations is Cole Palmer.
vizeh, even though you might not reach your past numbers ever again, i think that your content actually improved a lot. Never get yourself demotivated.🤲🏽🤝🏽
Say you don’t understand football without saying you don’t understand football
Vizeh: Enzo makes the team worse
They've done surprisingly well so far.
One of my biggest problems was the scouting (and constant transfers) but seeing the likes of dhuran and Semu, who we scouted, do so well is really reinforcing some trust. I think we as chelsea fans need to just trust the owners.
That's what we've been trying to tell you all but everyone decided to listen to main stream media bait
Its just a very dangerous strategy, they were very lucky to have even a drop of success. I think if theres 9 times tested only 3 could pull it off.
There's a reason why most clubs don't do the same thing, but high risk high reward and all that
That's just not true bro. What teams spend 1 billion and "fail". It doesn't happen. Investing in something leads to success. Period.
I'm excited for big games again. Not because I think we'll win them. But because I want to see how good we are in these kind of games and our playstyle is exciting.

So far its good, big improvement than last year too. I'm at the mindset and waiting to see how we approach games like Liverpool, Arsenal and Aston villa. Till then i will hold my expectations at a minimum. Just happy to see that the club is going in a good direction.

Even though we are doing well, we are starting to run into bigger teams in our competitions. I hope we dont lose form and go back to our old selves. 😥
we didnt fold to every big team under Poch
I believe that this year is a transitional year for us. With the likes of estavao and kendry paez joining next year who are massive talents we are probably going to have to downsize our squad again. Results will probably be mixed and maresca is right to say we won’t compete for the title. I could see us being competitors next year but manage to win the conference league this year
What I love is that we won Wolves away, Bournemouth away, West Ham away. Fixtures that we usually struggle in the past while not playing the same kind of football each game.
The only remaining funny thing is the outsiders who really thinks that we're having problems just because they don't understand what the club is doing. There's still a reason why they own a club and y'all are not.
Chelsea has struggled against the wolves, burnley's, Brighton ect over the past couple of years so I see it as a positive that we are getting points in those games

Maresca has made Chelsea into the neutrals' team. Everyone loves watching us play nowadays.
I really liked this video more than the other one, felt it was more neutral. One thing to note is that T4 last season was only secure from was only secure from 1-3. 4th Villa were not safe as they were closer to 8th than they were 3rd. I'm happy with the start but January time will tell us where we stand for T4
Releasing this before our upcoming 5 League games (the toughest run of games we gonna have this season) is definitely you jinxing us
But I trust my boys! Top 4 we are definitely finishing with a Carabao Cup (C'mon! So many finals! This year has to be our year right??) & Conference League trophies to show for it 💯🙂
As a villa fan even though the circumstances are very different, don’t underestimate the UECL. However they’ll probably win it and do well, very good potential
For the sake of the health of some future clubs, I don't want this to succeed. Do you understand how many stupid football chairmen will look at this and say, "Wow, all I have to do is buy up young talent? Sign me up!!!" They will then proceed to destroy the club financially because they don't have the people around them to tell them 'no' to certain things, and cause a club's financial ruin. I want this to be an example for the rest of the football world: Whatever you do, DON'T DO THIS.
That is fair to say, but to be honest this has been a reality most people have known for years and clubs often don't do it because it's simply too risky
Clubs have been destroying their finances doing the exact opposite for decades. Every club says “buy the well known veteran players? Sign me up!” Then proceed to buy aging stars that offer no future return. That strategy financially wrecked Barcelona (who are only now recovering because of….THEIR YOUTH SYSTEM), Real Madrid stopped it quickly after Hazard and went to a youth strategy. Man United is in shambles because they keep buying high profile players on big wages. This take is so dumb.
@@djacks247 Both are stupid approaches. Can we agree on that. Everything in moderation.
Ted Boehly is a part of the ownership of The Dodgers Baseball team in the US and they transformed the Dodgers into a powerhouse of the course of ten years doing pretty much exactly what we see they are doing here with Chelsea, now will it work as well here as it did there? No one really knows since Baseball isn't football and the American sporting philosophy is different from English one, but the idea that the board were these bumbling idiots that had no idea what they were doing never held any weight to me, not understanding exactly something doesn't means it doesn't make sense to the ones doing it
I'm not getting worried by Chelsea yet because Leicester started very well last season under Maresca and they fell off massively. I think Chelsea will do the same.
This is part of the changing geopolitical landscape. Herr Dahlmeier is interested in either buying Chelsea or working with Todd Boehly within the sports business.
I am starting to like this Chelsea team, but it will take a miracle to like the club's favourtism of enzo fernandez.
Already a hyper overrated buy for his price tag, he then proceeded to say racist chants in his own instagram story, then also got a driving ban in the UK. Chelsea as lovely as they were, proceeded to sanction him by.... making him vice captain (de-facto captain since Reece James hasn't seen the outside of a hospital/treatment room in what feels like forever).
Here's a fun story about how Chelsea was obsessed with Enzo. When they bought him on deadline day they were so obsessed with getting him that they focussed all their efforts on him and left some intern sort out the paperwork for Ziyech's transfer to PSG. the intern obviously effed up and the wrong papers were sent, effectively putting an end on Ziyech's career in top clubs. Instead, leaving him to rot for 6 months and securing a transfer to Turkey.

I hope we would have a positive outcome towards the big teams. If they succeed, this will reduce the rate of hate towards my favourite club in my school. 😊
0:11 Yeeeaaah a DOGSHIT opinion. LOL. All of you that didn't believe, stay that other side.
Watch Chelsea win everything this season. With that amount of squad depth, they’ll be unstoppable for years to come
For me, Enzo is a pure central midfielder, not strong enough to play ina a double pivot and not attacking enough to be a solitary attacking midfielder. He is a creative player but you need to pair him with an offensive midfielder and put a defensive midfielder behind him, like in a good-old Barsa 4123 with Busquets as a sole pivot and Xavi and Iniesta as a pair of creative CMs. If you play a 4231, Enzo doesn't fit well there, Nkunku is better for the attacking midfielder position and Enzo isn't as good at defending as you would need in the double pivot. Enzo is in the same dilemma as Frenkie De Jong.
very on point. I do not doubt the individual quality enzo and fdj have, rather the system they're in. That said, i'd have them loaned out to pep for a season, let him figure it out 😂.
I think this season top 4 and a trophy is a good start, next season I will expect us to challenge for the title
I never understood all the uproar and panic from Chelsea fans (edit: from everyone). It was so annoying trying to explain what a rebuild and squad overhaul looks like. I guess it’s more common in American sports. Hiring “experienced” players to mix into a squad to win now only slows progress and you end up with players on big contracts that nobody wants (Casemiro). Hiring the best scouting talent on the continent and then giving them a massive budget to sign every top talent on their scouting list is a logical straightforward strategy.
I am still doubtful about Enzo Maresca. I feel any other good manager would have done much better with the squad Chelsea have
Just say you’re sorry and admit you only have surface level knowledge of football and people will leave you and your ex wife alone on twitter. Stop the rambling about why you were right to think your nonsense. I have a counter to all your reasoning why you thought we’d struggle

nobody plays the "big 6" every week; you must pick up points against the other 13 teams, consistently. where this fallacy of beating 6 teams, determining where you end up has come from, is beyond me
At this point I'm cautiously optimistic. Chelsea has been such a mess since Todd Boehly took over that when things are going this well it's a matter of time to see the ownership to something absurd like what made Tuchel get sacked. Hope that's not the case.
Their defence has more holes than Swiss cheese. They’re built like a basketball team, try to over score the opponent not outplay.

Im from Ecuador and I've watched every game that Caicedo has played since joining the Premier League. The difference between Mac Allister - Caicedo and Fernandez - Caicedo is huuuuuge.
