Silly comment. Both are cherished fields. She didn't get it for "decorating cakes" but for her skill and experience in baking and catering. You try it. Terribly stressful job

@@wellardme no one was comparing cake baking to soldiers or firefighters. However, if you've never worked in upscale food service before, you have no idea how much pressure is involved. A catering event may not be neuroscience, but it's ass busting work and you have to please hundreds and perhaps thousands of people in one fell swoop. Don't knock it 'til you try it.
I lost respect for this show when the challenge was for Portuguese tarts, where the main ingredient is eggs. One of the bakeries was vegan. Whoever chose the challenge was a jerk!

Custard tarts can be made with silken tofu. And if they are good bakers, this shouldn't be a problem. Almost any bake can be done vegan.
My god, that female judge sure can handle a mouthful. I don't think I've ever seen another woman take huge bites like she does. Why such a huge bite?
