Bolo means "say"
Har comes from Sanskrit word Hara and all three HARs have different meanings.
The First Har means "Captivate"
The Second Har means "Consolidate"
and lastly The third Har means "Destroy"
Basically Bolo Har Har Har is asking Mahadev (Meaning the The Great[Maha] Lord[Dev]), another name for Lord Shiva, to Captivate our souls, Consolidate and Destroy the Sorrows and Liberate us form this Materialistic World.
In short help us achieve Nirvana
P.S. - At the end of the video when the close in on his eye and it appears vertically, it is a Nod to Lord Shiva's Third Eye of Destruction.

After doing some research I found out "har" is really derived from the Sanskrit "hara" which is a verb meaning "to take away." The meaning can then be roughly translated to an appeal to Shiva to take us away from this cycle of death and rebirth.

The essence of lord 'Shiva' is capture in the last shot where he close his eye, one eye. Note the frame is vertical. Lord Shiva, the creator and the destroyer, has a third eye on his fore head. jaby koay (idk if u follow him) but he went to the shivaay press conference and met ajay devgn and he has clips from the interview on his channel and ajay talks about how he shot in -25 degree weather and that they went of the mountains. in fact he had to postpone that location's shooting for like 8 months cuz it didn't snow in canada when they got there initially. So i think there are definitely some real bits for SURE. u should watch it.
