    Coconut water has been a lifesaver for me this summer! Too much water flushes out your electrolytes and makes you feel even worse. I do the LMNT electrolyte drinks too or even just good quality salt in water, but coconut water is the most refreshing!! Summer is so hard being pregnant.

    Your symptoms seem similar to mine. I thought only I'm feeling these.
