The corrupt, belligerent regimes in the West are holding the world back from making progress. Western governments need to stop serving their elites and start working for their populations.

Americans have been saying China's public transportation is unsustainable due to capital loses but they dont get it and really short-sighted based on Capitalism ideology. The Chinese government doesnt build these transportation for profiting from the Chinese population but to move forward the development of the country as a whole. National development and prosperity started with transportation and infrastructures, and the Chinese know it.

Classic example. Due to China's amazing transportation system and High Spreed Trains, they can move people from great distances and get them to their work in quick time. In India, their transportation is extremely underdeveloped, lacking and causes extreme congestions, and delays. Their workers can not travel long distances to get to work. Apple pointed this out. When they were in China, professionals were coming from all sorts of regions in China and arrived to work on time. But when they tried to move to India, they found that their workers struggled to get to work on time, and many times, they could not get there at all. Applet tried to run their own Buses to pick up the workers, but the buses were constantly caught up in traffic jams. The Apple products started to drop, causing Apple to make loses.

Mate, I love it. "China builds it in REAL life, USA puts it in Movies". How true is that!!!! As a White Aussie male, I went to China to see the truth. I was pleasantly surprised of what I saw of China ... it was NOTHING like what we've been brainwashed to believe in the West. China's Civic Infrastructures are 100 years ahead of any other country, and the Civic Services are so cheap/free that they do not need much money to live a good comfortable Middle Class life styles. I've also been to USA, and I was somewhat disappointed. Their civilians are extremely neglected by the USA Government. Millions living in poverty, their Health Care are the most expensive I've ever seen in any developed country in the world. People who are lucky to have a job, live pay check by pay check, and lose their houses if they're out of a job for a few months (or if their loved ones need basic medication, like diabetes tablets which are ridiculously priced). As you've pointed out, China builds in Reality, USA puts up pictures on a screen.

You should see some African countries. I've been traveling to Ghana for over 35 years. First time I went there was even a dirt road to the airport in the capital city and it was under marshal law. Still much more peaceful and crime free than the U.S.
Today they have highways, overpasses, several airports and a huge port. There may be two now in such a small country.
It's nothing like China but it's coming especially with the help of China. The Chinese have given them support since their independence in the 1950s even when China was extremely poor. There's Chinese people who've had solid safe neighborhoods there since the 50s as well.
That's the same for most countries in Africa. Africans and the Chinese have been doing trade at least since the days of the silk road. They were both colonized. They're not strangers. It's weird how the West actually thinks Africans wouldn't choose to do business with the Chinese after they fed them while the west stole. They trained many African doctors, engineers and teachers for free.
African countries will be extremely shocking and interesting some day.

Sorry you don't really understand one point, China is massively big, four times the population of US. Every hour you save in China in terms of transportation, you get 700 million hours of productivity assuming that half the population travels. In US, you only get 150 million hours of extra productivity and then of course, US only works nine to five, negates everything.

In "CHINA builds it in REAL life || US puts it in Movies" by Because I'm Lizzy, viewers are treated to an insightful comparison between China's real-life infrastructure and its portrayal in American movies. This video sheds light on the differences in perception and reality between the two countries' approaches to development and innovation. It's fascinating to see how China's advancements are reflected in its physical landscape, contrasting with the cinematic interpretations often seen in American films. Thank you, Because I'm Lizzy, for sparking this thought-provoking conversation! #China #Infrastructure #USvsChina #Innovation #PerceptionVsReality

Dictatorship is kind of a gamble to be honest. If the dictator is good, then they country will thrive. But if the dictator is bad then the country will flop. Singapore is quite iffy now because (I feel) the people in power are too scared of changing things, or rather taking responsibility for changing things.
A proper democracy reduces the chance of a bad situation, but it also eliminates the chance of a good one. The rest of SEA has a lot of examples and case studies
