The truth about Mr. Joseph is this: WHILE OTHER EDUCATORS MOTIVATE YOU TO DO SOMETHING, MR JOSEPH ACTUALLY SHOWS YOU HOW TO DO IT, THAT'S A BIG DIFFERENCE.
And for those who don't understand about bonds, you get your All your money back after the 8.5 yrs period. Meaning if you had placed Ksh.5M you will be getting your profits every 6 months all the way to the 81/2 th year then you get your full 5M back
Mr Joseph Mr Joseph where have you been all my life? Woo I needed this info like 5yrs ago I hope am not late!😢
From last week am glued on telly ur videos replaying all the time,,,,guess what my 5yr old is fed up he’s asked why I like playing these videos of this guy all the time instead of cartoon,I laughed told him baby you have no idea how much info am getting from “this guy” free of charge.
Thank you so much Mr Good Joseph God bless you galore!!🙏
😢😢 I hear you
Great video, Mr Joseph. Only comment I have is because the IFB is an 8.5 years bond, when you compare with the rents, you need to account for some vacancy but also for rent increase on average of 3 to 5% per year or more.
So, by year 4, both options are closer when you compare how much you are bringing in.
I like your shows, am lucky kujua hii maneno mapema, some years to come i wanna be in the list of (who owns Kenya) 😂
Walai! You remember when we used to say that there are actually some individuals who owns kenya, its the people that invests in this softs asset and you and me can be one of those people, i wish i knew this information long time ago.. but its never too late 😅
Super cool,,sometimes we fail to get information to help us move out of our messy financial situation. Big thanks Sir for this
This topics should be taught at all schools in kenya
You are very right ,IFB is the way to go after 8 yrs, you can roll over .Bonds are here to stay.

Yesterday I went to the bank to find out about the IFB1 and how to practically start investing in bonds, I was told IFB1 had a minimum of 5M, it's important not to leave such details when doing your videos, paint the full picture!
Minimum is 50,000😢
Good work Good Joseph.
How can I acquire IFB?
Thank you
Following...
Thank you very much. Kindly what are the disadvantages of Treasury bills.?And are you in control of your investment here?
Wow, 5M at 18. 5% is good money
I wish I had 10 million
Passive income is the way to go, i wont work for no one.. if i need to go to mombasa i would go whenever i want or anywhere in Kenya.
Hi Joseph, you said the 18.4% is per annum. Kindly elaborate and assist us to understand what is paid after every six month for bonds. Thanks
they pay half of the interest
As one nears or retire employment Which is best investments of 4 million
Where do I get a financial advisor. I need one urgently
Good Joseph is here call him
Are you smoking weed?
@@b3drasse885 why
You are at the right place already 😊
You're either slow and joking. He was very clear on the topic.
But 10% of 1 million is 100K.
Per annum. So divide the 100k by 12
@@lizwafula8007 Ooh yes. 1m for 8.5k in a month is too little. Though it's safe.
Hello Mr Joseph, how and when is the bonds interest roll over done?
Good. How do buy a treasury bond?
Can imf collapse with your money..??thats the only fear most of us would have....
Mkuu si utuchanue na hii money market,,, alaf utuelezee how and where do they get the money to give you back as an interest
They invest in government bonds and lending paper money to corporates.
Joseph you said that 1m should give you 10k per month did mean per year or per month
Re read you first part of your comment
Yes per month..so per year is 100k so their give you 50k twice a year.
Cant see your phone number
Halo Joseph, when will be the next roll over for IFB ?
