You should be able to twist it at the base of the pump where the plaatic bottle and pump meet. Twist the pump only, "Righty Tighty, Lefty Loosey," left until the pump is unscrewed. It's pretty simple. Especially if you're referring to the pump on the foaming hand soaps.
Four days ago I bought 4 liquid foam soap, supposedly were to be ver perfumed, and nothing, a very little fragante , not like before…what is wrong with this manufacture, they don put enough perfume in the foam as before, are saving products…I will not buy there any more,

I save the cute bottles and add a gel hand soap and mix with a little more than half water , and that makes the foam hand soap .
