      Everyone!
I truly miss that real strong era of attacking beautiful tennis.
What we have today is an over rated Breathovic with zero net skills and an over head worse than high school kids having five wimbledons because of these dead slow courts.
Bring back that fast old courts and we will get to see more of these Davydenkos and Gonzalez and Safins instead of over rated wannabe social media millenials.

First up: Tennis TV....thank you so much for all these fabulous highlights you've been posting during lockdown. Have enjoyed them so much. Second up: I loved Davydenko. Always seemed to hit the ball a quarter second faster than anyone. Court coverage and anticipation like the great David Ferrer, but at a speed turned up just a notch. In that regard only Monfils and DeMinaur have ever matched him, imo. His two-handed backhand was both lethal and a joy to behold. I reckon Murray watched and learnt a lot about his angles. How he never won a slam is beyond me. Just goes to show how narrow the win / lose margin is at this level.

I watched Devydenko and Monfils on practice in Toronto before tournament started. ( 2008 or 2009 not sure) . Monfils couldn't win a single point from the baseline . Totally outclassed him.. and then he got injured and withdrew from tournament... ..to bad....

@@felixjames2174 Davydenko really should have won that match. That is no excuse. I just think I have to put Ferrer and Nalbandian ahead of him for underrated because of that. Nalbandian didn't really beat a top 10 player to get to the 2002 Wimblodon final. But he did make the final. Same with Ferrer he didn't really beat the big 3 to get to the 2013 french open final but he did make the final. If Davydenko can't even beat an unseeded player to get to a grand slam final what makes you think he can win more if not for Federer? He cracks under pressure. He had to beat Soderling and Gonzalez to make the 2009 french open final but yeah you can guess what happened. I'd have him behind Soderling, Berdych, Tsonga, Nalbandian and Ferrer when it comes to underrated.

I truly miss that real strong era of attacking beautiful tennis.
What we have today is an over rated Breathovic with zero net skills and an over head worse than high school kids having five wimbledons because of these dead slow courts.
Bring back that fast old courts and we will get to see more of these Davydenkos and Gonzalez and Safins instead of over rated wannabe social media millenials and Egovic who is winning slams against 40 year old Uncles.

Relax dude... Davydenko is a C grade version of Djokovic and both play identical tennis. Just because the weak era champ Mr 40-15 was winning slams back in 2000s doesn't mean that it was a strong era😂. Slowing down of courts is just a conspiracy theory invented by 40-15tards like you because 40-15erer stopped winning slams once he crossed 28🤣. But yes 29 is too old for you guys isn't it?
