Manor Lord│ SAW PIT - My Workers are NOT CRAFTING PLANKS - Full Guide + LIVE TEST *SOLVED*

Distance matters in this game.
Try to stack the following building together at start of your game.
If one facility is too far away from one another, you will experience very long delay which will cause your saw pit to "not" recieving woods on time for them to craft into plank.
Many people claims there is an issue with saw pit...no there's none. It all depends how you manage and where you build your buildings.
I suggest to put the market place in the middle with the storehouses, granaries, woodcutter, saw pit, logging forest, hunter cabin, forager hut.
Then build your housing all around them. That will make your entire village efficiency increased.
