Did the safe mode text disappear in the lower left corner of the phone screen? You can go to the mobile store to search and see if the application needs to be re-downloaded or prompted to update/open.

Check if there is any foreign object causing the button to get stuck, if not, then you need to take the phone to a repair center and let them help you solve the problem.
If you are not a professional, we do not recommend you to remove the battery yourself. You can wait for the battery to run out and then charge the phone.
If the phone allows the battery to be removed from the phone, wait 30 seconds after removing the battery before installing the battery again. If the phone does not allow the battery to be removed, you can wait until the phone is exhausted before charging the phone.

I did so many ways to get rid of safe mode stuck.. And now i know the cause, (my volume up & down were broken😅).... So I'm trying to go on a technician to fix the broken buttons.. I will update here if my phone become ok again.

Your device must be powered on. Press the power button on your Xiaomi Mi. When the power off, restart, airplane mode, wifi mode, etc. menu will be displayed, release the power button. I couldn't, after a dozen tries I finally just held down start and volume keys together for about 15 seconds and the tablet started and is out of safe mode

I did everything like switching off restarting and also using the notification panel but phone is still stuck in safe mod.
