    Why wouldn't you include a battery with the remote? Incredibly frustrating looking through the box to find one and realising not there. For the cost of this fan, you'd think a simple battery would be provided!

    Do you also have the opportunity to show us that the very beautiful part can also be connected to Alexa?
    I don't quite get along with the description.

    Hello, why was your screen turned off till you pushed the button ? Mine is always on and it cant be turned off. I am very dissapointed by the fact I cant turn off the device fully. It is still "turned on", screen is still turned on and the device is still consuming 2,2-2,3W. It is a lot for "turnet off" device...and if I leave the device on the battery, it will discharge in just 1 day. In addition, the battery was delivered completely discharged. This is very bad for such a high price.

    Why there is not full guide on how to connect, incl temp set and voice assistant. We don't need advertising videos. We need set up video as its nightmare to connect it. In old app I could at least connect, but was not able to change speed etc
