I must not get be quite over the most successful denture person I have ever met in my life. Gold West Denture Ctr in Butte, Montana. This person has shared freely his entire denture fabrication technique like nowhere else in the world. The speaker that I here on this youtube reminds me of Charles Conlan so much that I want to thank you for your presentation of Digital dentures and of your altruistic selfishness to dentistry. Thank You.
good job Doc. I’ve been a denture tech for over 35 yrs and if you’re in Winchester I’m right down the road from you… I’m not sure about a Doc processing his own dentures… only kidding. Actually, you sound like my kinda Doc. I am currently employed by a pretty big outfit w offices all over the place. You’re right on the mark. When you have no rims, marks or clue, set lower ant first over the ridge, 18mm from depth of sulcus. Occlusal plane will be from that 18mm point to 1/3 or 1/2 up retro pads. Then Max anteriors will be 22 mm from max ant incisal edge to depth of max sulcus. and 7-8 mm anterior to incisal papilla. 2 mm overlap. Sulcus to sulcus will be 36,37 or 38mm every time. Nice work. I’d like to meet you sometime.
Thank you for the presentation. Very impressive. Traditionally, a final teeth try in appointment is used for preview of esthetics, phonetics and confirming the bite. With the printed denture base technique and incorporating denture teeth via bonding, Is there a way to try in a setup for the purpose of phonetics, confirming bite registration and making sure patient is happy with tooth size and shape and positions prior to ordering the denture teeth and finalizing everything?
I have seen elsewhere that this is possible with a cbct only... Is there anything else that would change other than scanning with the cbct rather than a desktop scanner?

How much you will charge for a denture then?
This indeep a very good presentation for a beginner to the 3D digital (CAD). Good job.
Still think half analog and half digital approach is best. Scan at the wax rim step with midline, vdo, and canine tips marked on wax.

Brian Buccellato how would you capture tissue w a CBCT
