I'm similar to you but whilst watching this I feel like hypnotism is basically just setting or removing certain barriers subconsciously. All the work is actually done by the person being hypnotised, the person doing it is just igniting a match so to speak
on a level I believe its real, to an extent of making your subconscious susceptible to information on the outside, so as fear goes yeah, but I think it needs a lot more repetition to overcome that with hypnosis.
This was incredible bro - I have always suffered from a fear of deep water, as well as a late on-set fear of heights that started around 15, and I'm 25 now. But to see you overcome those fears, has just boosted the admiration I have for you, and what you can achieve. Super impressed, and really proud of you bro! You're incredible, keep it up - you've now proved that you can do anything!
I can swim but I hate deep water idk something about it just makes me panick ill swim and swim but as soon as I know my feet can't touch the floor I just start panicking like crazy

I dont know how hypnosis works but swear down I'm about to go down a rabbit hole after this yeah. So i cant really say congratulations for facing your fear or going through extreme exposure therapy since I don't know the technicalities. Like how I cant big up man who are freeze in front of gyal when they are on that liquid courage. But either way, it's still a massive step to acknowledge one's own fears. That's something most people live without admitting. So one day you might be able to face it by yourself through whatever other methids that lead there. Either way, it was an extremely entertaining video and I'll view it as another one in the series where you are consistently learning something new which is so inspirational fam. Love
