- Hello guys, welcome back to my channel. Today we're going to be making Yam and garden egg stew. So before we get started don't forget to subscribe and like this video for more of Paddy's Dishes recipes.
..Let go ahead and start....
1. Wash your chicken, then add your season that you like
2. Set the oven tempterature to 350F or 400F and bake the chicken for 40min to an hour.
3. Add oil to your pan
4. Cut up your Salted Fish into edible pieces
5. Add it to your boiling oil Stir
6. Cut up your onions and tomatoes the. Add it to your boiling oil
7. Blend your Garden eggs and pepper
8. Add your tomato paste into the boiling vegetable and salted fish Stir
9. Add your Geisha fish to the stew Stir
10. Add whatever season you prefer (Don’t forget to add SALT)
11. Add your blended garden eggs to the stew Stir
12. Add your eggs to the stew (use about 4eggs)
13. Cut up your pepper (Green pepper, Red pepper, etc.) add it to your stew
14. Cut up your yam add water to it, then let it cook on the stove (you can add eggs if you like)
15. Add your chicken that you put in the oven into the stew Stir
16. Now Done🥰
