It’s based on many reasons. First off all please tell are you setup background in sketchup or vray

If you upload Proper hdri file. It will show, I didn’t guess what happened. So please try to watch our channel vray playlist then try same as well

How to set hdri map set in vray 5 in sketch up render. For sample I sent vray sunlight . Render will perfect day time for example I changed background hdri map for day render . Hdri map is not showing in render preview. What do. Please kindly help me what is the option?

I have very low version graphics card in my laptop, the same problem happened.
Mam. In my drawing sky only changed but ground look like black in colour. Why?. I followed and tried as ur vedio. But ground has not changed.

hi.. i have added a 2k image in the background at vray. (image downloaded from hdri heaven). but during rendering my back ground was total back. the image what i kept during the rendering setting was not shown. It came as House and black background. How to resolve!!??
After saved image black or while rendering shows black background

When you save your image, that time you must check file format jpeg or png

If your laptop sufficient to work GPU, then u try GPU also. Adjust few rendering settings
My laptop only works with cpu not gpu and rdx

Sometimes it will happened ... simple just save and close sketchup then open again it will solve.. I am doing this mostly worked out

Try this also, make group cope full project and paste it new sketchup after that problem will solve

@@civiltips2020 All that are iam done before and also reinstalling the vray software 2 times, It worked once or twice after that it didn't work.....From where i need to get the solution for this error, i don't know....Anyway thanks for information.
