Dr. Carter was my Pastor and Spiritual mentor. I was so blessed to work at Mount Olive BC and share with him many years and days. Dr. Carter married my wife and I in 1995, the only wedding that started on time in his 30 years of pastoring. RIP my beloved Pastor and leader.

Theologians true studier of the living Word of God. With eloquently fasiprication and true phraseology of true rhetoric and compression of logic of written and spoken word.
