Fairy Tale is a spellbinding story. I zipped through the pages. I often think about the parallels between Charlie’s formative experiences, the truths of the mysterious recluse, the characters and events in the hidden kingdom, and the tragic, traumatizing, and in some ways triumphant human responses to the Covid pandemic.
