Technics ST-7300 Tuner- Take That Monster Receivers!

I'm mostly a receiver guy, but I gotta admit there is something to be said for separates. For example, this AM/FM tuner boasts a better FM frequency response than monster receivers such as the Pioneer SX-1250 and Kenwood KR-9400.

Hi,how would you think this tuner and 7700 amp.from same series would get along with wharfedale225 (bookshelf 87db ,8ohm ?

Only one way to find out! Some may suggest more watts, power-wise I think 50 vintage watts would be fine.
