How many times have you bought software and after you wish you had not. Ive tried out software and when Ive used it it didnt quite fit my purpose. You can just dump it.
Another fantastic review video Justin. Even though Hit Film has a free version the paid version is more advanced and the parent company which is Artlist offers a paid service that provides a licence to cover music and another service that covers music and other assets. The music/sound effects service is around £12.00 per month and the service covering all assets and the paid version of Hit Film is around £40.00 per month (I don't know what the prices for outside the UK are). Love 🥰 the video and love ♥️ Justin and the Primal Video Team.
Interesting… At last, an alternative to Premiere that allows you to pre trim footage prior to dropping it on the timeline. So used to doing this in Avid / Premiere so it was such a hard learning curve to adjust to other editors.
I would be interested in their T's & C's free with a login doesn't sound good to me, it's got gdpr dodging all over it. Companies don't give anything away for free when you have to sign up.
It’s likely more to counter software counterfeiting, yes it’s a free version, but by requiring login, they can disable the software remotely for everyone if they decide to discontinue it, which then makes any videos you make then have the watermark again and essentially be useless.
Do you mean the sections for things like Interface, Editing, B-Roll? You could just create them manually with rectangle and text tools. And for the ‘progress bar’ that grows, another rectangle where you set a key frame at the start timestamp and another key frame at the end timestamp, and set the width of the rectangle at 0 for the first key frame, and whatever it needs to be on the second key frame, and then the rectangle will grow/expand automatically
I am fed up all the softwares which use monthly subscription fee instead of a simply buy.

@@nannypaulinescfairytales Almost each software has a trial or demo version for try-out for this purpose. You don't have to buy for try-out.
Thanks for the tutorial. I want to start with something I can stay with. Would you suggest Hitfilm over Capcut?
ok why is the video on the right in my hitfilm editor blue? is there a fix?I cant find out why

It would be amazing if Hit Film have a app

How can I get those bars below your video on the various sections often seen on ur video?

Feel free to watch our video "how to add a progress bar" to learn how it's done - Hazel, PV Team
