Oh absolutely not. The speed requirement is way less intense for campaign like 960-1k

6:51 2200 spd isn't happening on my account.
assuming a base of 1000 spd
spd set gives 10% spd. so 2 sets 20% of 1000 = 200.
you get mostly elite gear from dungeons (73%) so at best double rolls into speed gives you like 80-85 spd for 6 star artifact and equipment. 5 pieces of equipment and gear with double roll on spd substat so, 85*5 = 420.
6 star boots give 216 spd. faction specific artifact with spd main stat also gives speed. (i am assuming it'll give 216 spd cause i don't have them to check). so, 216 + 216 = 432
thus, total spd = 1000 + 200 + 420 + 432 = 2052
E5 gives 100 spd on legends and 40 spd on epics. takes total spd to 2152 and 2092 respectively.
(E5 legends won't happen for me as f2p)
though anything above 2000 isn't bad. will make speed/tm booster very important. someone like eden, space, guhana.

Slowly but surely you'll get there with mark and arena talents plus better gear. Also you don't have to get to 2200 all in one shot. That is just the end speed for most bosses that goes up in increments of 20. Most people are on a boss that's in the 2000ish range excluding Efreet.

You left out Talents and Marks give u speed it’s not that hard honestly hardest part is actually speed tuning to get your abilities placed at the correct time
