Tshepo Modiba’s breadth of experience has shaped him into a well-rounded investment specialist with entrepreneurial, small business and corporate understanding. He has worked in multi-management, investment management, private equity, and corporate finance roles at Investment Solutions, Cannon Asset Managers and Seriti Asset Management, Advisory and Capital which he founded. Modiba has quantitative and traditional finance skills gained through his studies, as a BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Statistics graduate, and through his work experience. This broad range of skills and experiences allow him to bring a holistic approach to investments and problem-solving.
Joseph Makamba Busha founded a social enterprise involved in investment management, investment banking, life insurance, financial advisory services, and social investment programmes with subsidiary companies in six SADC countries. He is also the founder of JM BUSHA 54
Football Club, JM BUSHA 54 RACES for Peace & Unity in Africa, a nonprofit organization that promotes peace and unity in Africa and the world by enrolling and engaging individuals, corporates and other organizations to pledge their commitment to these objectives. He is a Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN) and the African Leadership Initiative (ALI), an Honorary Citizen of the City of Bangui, Central African Republic (CAR) and holds BSc (Maths, UZ), BSc Hons (Applied Maths, WITS), MSc (Derivatives, WITS) and MPhil (Industrial & Business Maths, Warwick Business School) degrees and other professional certificates.
