a few years ago, i got insta-paroled for several weeks of not being to post due to replying to a thread in jest. the thread in question was a post by an artist who was working on some sketches/drafts for a game he was commissioned to do the game art for. he posted some of his works in progress for review and comment, and of course about 25 people (mostly women, but also some super-cuck feminist men) instantly chimed in and lambasted him for giving nice boobs and butts to the women character art and basically bullied him into changing his (very good) art to make the females "more realistic". my post i was banned for was something along the lines of (i'm paraphrasing for brevity) "yes, please make them all more realistic, make them all overweight and put them in burkas".

The first Fallout game was originally meant to use the GURPS ruleset, but Steve Jackson pulled out of the licensing deal because he didn't want to suffer any potential blowback from the usual morality police taking issue with the game's violent content (particularly the execution of the prisoner in the intro). So yeah, he has a history of appeasing his political enemies, and not standing up for what should be his friends, in hope that they'll spare his useless hide.

Thanks for letting me know. I’m going to look into it more. I love adding names to my boycott list. When I stopped drinking bud I quit drinking beer all together. When i noticed video games went woke I started playing way less games and when I do it’s cheap indie games. I haven’t watched new movies or TV in a long time. It’s amazing how much money you can have to do awesome things when you don’t waste your money on crap you don’t need from companies that you don’t even want to do business with.

Investors have a vested interest in gamers buying the games they invest in. So even if they sell to investors, they need to appeal to gamers. They don't, investors aren't happy either, and they even go after taxpayers (dustborn). I am appaled that they get away with this. I wish I could sue the government for taxpayer theft used in funding propaganda.

Started with short stories in my pre-teen years, and started reading Heinlein, Clarke, Asimov and anyone else I could get my hands on in Jr Hi. I recognized a bunch of names. The names that stood out were Jeff Grubb and Zeb Cook. Not surprised but just sad. Both were huge contributors to TSR in their heyday. At least I haven't spent any money on any of their stuff in decades...lol Thankful that there are alternatives to all this junk.
Thanks for letting me know. I’m going to look into it more. I love adding names to my boycott list. When I stopped drinking bud I quit drinking beer all together. When i noticed video games went woke I started playing way less games and when I do it’s cheap indie games. I haven’t watched new movies or TV in a long time. It’s amazing how much money you can have to do awesome things when you don’t waste your money on crap you don’t need from companies that you don’t even want to do business with.

This list is a who is who. There are many investors who want to invest and not, they want our dollars...
Investors have a vested interest in gamers buying the games they invest in. So even if they sell to investors, they need to appeal to gamers. They don't, investors aren't happy either, and they even go after taxpayers (dustborn). I am appaled that they get away with this. I wish I could sue the government for taxpayer theft used in funding propaganda.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if some of those names were put on that list without the knowledge of the people being named.
I think it is the opposite. They were called and told to sign up, or it could be harmful to their business.

I would say that this list is a good way to find companies to avoid, but my biggest takeaway is that it is full of game companies that I've never heard of or thought went out of business decades ago. Is AEG really still around?
