DSS V8 - Dahua IP Speaker integration in DSS

I was wondering whether it is possible to intergrate DDS event triggers (i.e. Device Disconnect) with a live monitor application like Nagios or Zabbix to report events instead of using the email linked action to report them.

if i can trigger that via CGI commands than it is easy. But for this we have Maintenance Center in DSS PRO .... I think it is much better

Is it possible to activate and manage IP speaker horns in DSS Express?
Or does it have to be on DSS PRO?
What type of license should I have?
