    hi sir
    why we need to click Duncan with LSD all together?

    • @LearnwithDr_Mani
      @LearnwithDr_Mani  5 місяців тому +1

      Very good question Mrs. Nandra
      Post Hoc test we perform to see which are groups or sets of data have significant difference.
      LSD & Duncan etc. type post Hoc text we do when our data fulfil homogeneity of variance condition.
      So, we use LSD test and it work on t-test for pairwise comparison. LSD is only suitable when we have three repeated measure, else it leads to Type 1 error.
      Along with LSD we do Duncan test, because it is an alternative to LSD, it requires larger difference between group means to detect significant difference.

      Yes you can use SPSS for 2 treatments, just like we did for 3 treatments. But data should be in triplicate.
