Very good question Mrs. Nandra Post Hoc test we perform to see which are groups or sets of data have significant difference. LSD & Duncan etc. type post Hoc text we do when our data fulfil homogeneity of variance condition. So, we use LSD test and it work on t-test for pairwise comparison. LSD is only suitable when we have three repeated measure, else it leads to Type 1 error. Along with LSD we do Duncan test, because it is an alternative to LSD, it requires larger difference between group means to detect significant difference.
@@niftemeducation7936 Yes you can use SPSS for 2 treatments, just like we did for 3 treatments. But data should be in triplicate. Watch this video: ua-cam.com/video/aXawfJBamNU/v-deo.html This may help you
@LearnwithDr_Mani Thanks Dr. So, what if the variables being tested are from different sections!!! How do you represent them so that they can appear in separate column??
hi sir
why we need to click Duncan with LSD all together?

@@LearnwithDr_Mani thank you so much Dr, much appreciated!
Thank you sir. You have explained it in very simple way.. For people who doesn't know how to use this can understand it in such simple words. 👍
Thank you sir its very helpfull for me after the long hassle on UA-cam

How to give superscript in case of two way anova kindly explain please 🙏
What can I do if my analysis is in days and I want to do this per day?
Consider each day as one treatment condition
If we have 2 treatments , then how to add superscript values to the bars ?
Are you talking about adding a superscript over bar plot?
@@LearnwithDr_Mani yes sir, pls explain
@@niftemeducation7936 Select the column which you want as superscript. Right click on it ---> set as ---> Label.
Then plot your bar graph.
@@LearnwithDr_Mani how can we decide the a and b values , that i want to know for 2 treatments , beacuse we cant use the SPSS

You represented the values with +/_standard error or standard deviation???
Its standard deviation
@LearnwithDr_Mani

@@levsohnlifa5160 I have not understand your doubt. Can you elaborate on it?
Thank you, bro, for this video💓💓, go ahead.
Thanks for sharing Dr
how will the data presented as a mean ± standard error??
you will get the mean and standard deviation or standard error value from the descriptive table.
