Take colleges, for instance, the way the employed affirmative action includes people outside of what some may think. City colleges usually have quotas for more mural people and people from different parts of the country. It is too reality. There's people in the world that genuinely don't care what race someone is. I'm one of them@@rojayreid908
Race certainly does matter. My Race is the one that creates functional, stable, technology based societies, not tribal shitholes.
As a hairstylist I’m telling you that when it comes to hiring people I don’t care what your gender or color or sexuality is. I want to know just how capable you are of making our clients look great and having the technical skills to get the job done.
EVERY job should be based on the same principles. Who is the most capable -- period.
What is DEI
@@MariaPerlini-w4b-it basically means that if you’re qualified but not the right gender or skin color you’re not getting the job even if you’re absolutely what they need AND the best candidate qualified to do the job.

diversity, equity and inclusion
DEI (or DE&I) stands for diversity, equity and inclusion. As a discipline, DEI is any policy or practice designed to make people of various backgrounds feel welcome and ensure they have support to perform to the fullest of their abilities in the workplace.
Your political awareness is shamefully low, comrade Southern Pagan Princess. The Party will find you a cosy lithium mine and give you a chance to think it over.
I would not take a job in a DEI company. Look how it fucked the employees of bud light
How did it screw the employees over? They are still getting paid for doing the exact same job as before. Dei didn't screw bud light over. All they did was give a trans person a bud light can to advertise their company. They gave a bunch of completely normal straight influencers the same thing. That wasn't dei. That's just being woke. Dei is based on purposely hiring actual employees based on skin color and gender.

Thanks for sharing, this pastor said it perfectly
American left needs to stop with the whole African American thing. Black Americans are 100% American and an equal part of building this country as European. Such an incredible journey through the very worst years in American history to be where they are today. We need to stop the Democrat division of people by whatever demographic and come together and make America great again

It's a little hard to deport Americans. Dei is all about woke ideology. It's not related to immigration.
Diversity Equals Incompetence

Let this woman get a DEI neurosurgeon and see how she reacts!I would be willing to bet that this woman would request another doctor that is not a DEI hire immediately no matter whose feelings were hurt!
He summed up what is happening perfectly.
Ever since the I first started watching Ben Shapiro. I always watch for his reactions. Never disappoints. Love this man
I would love to hear her defend her statement that “a good percentage” (which is code for “I have no data”) of people won’t take a job with a company that hadn’t drunk the DEI koolaid.
That’s because it’s nonsense. If I get a good job offer I’m taking it regardless. I’d assume most people feel the same, but I also have no data lmao
Absolutely Right! I too was wondering what her definition is of "good percentage".
I would like to hear about qualified people
Who do not get job offers because of DEI requirements.
Further, I would like to hear or see studies done comparing performance data of those who hired based on DEI requirements.
(We see you Boeing)
I won't pass up a better job myself but, I would rather they not engage in DEI initiatives.
Exactly! No one needing a job is going to turn down a job because of DEI... NO one is going to say I don't want a 6 figure salary because of DEI and I'm going to go work at McDs!
A most concise description of the problem with DEI. Brilliant.

Good morning ladies and gentlemen. This is your captain speaking. I am a dei hire. The airlines has had to reduce its performance requirements to hire me. If I suggested DEI to be introduced to my 52 workforce they would laugh and just get on with their work! I've got male, female, coloureds, Polish, French, young, mature, retired part timers and me. I don't have a personel _manager,_ no finance _manager._ There’s no directors except me by law so no _board meetings._
My longest serving are 38 years when we started and no Day One member has ever left except to retire. . My least years serving is 4-years. We all go out for a Chinese or similar meal every quarter including 3 retirees. They all get a turkey and cash bonus at C'mas and Easter eggs for their children and grandchildren. If someone is sick - which is so rare - their workmates look out them and cover their work without any question and I pay the sick member their full wages as usual -- it all works out. They don't need drs certificates or apply for benefits. I am their security -- and they are my benefit. We are one team and don't need such silly nonsense.
Neither does ANY company if they had a sensible workforce --- and less so-called _managers._

300 men worked in the factory I ran machines it.
No women.
A Rosie the Riveter started the company with surplus war production machines.
She was the only woman who worked on the shop floor for 45 years.
My first factory job, I took 90 pound and 140 pound bumpers off a traveling belt, 8 hours a day, in 100 degrees.
Hardly a woman in the World could do that.
And so what?
It's not "discrimination", it's different abilities.
women and WOKE men dont want to get their hands dirty. they think that is soooooo dirty.
90 pounds I've had to lift for hours, so it's possible for women to do that.
It's so much easier for most men, though, and I think women should respect and cherish that we don't always have to. It's backbreaking work!
If we want diversity, we need to be smarter capitalists, and give our business to people who don't discriminate as much as possible
I watched my husband climb all over jets, fix jet engines, and when he was younger he was an auto mechanic. He's done so many jobs that I could not imagine doing, even if I physically could. And yet one time when he had to help with the tiny work I was doing with a polishing wheel and a dremel tool, his hands kept getting charlie horses and he said he didn't know how I did that for so many hours straight. We just looked at each other and laughed.
You are soooo right!!!
I just wish people would search for something they love and do it to the best of their abilities. The whole world would improve.
