As I’ve seen many times on UA-cam, in places where tornadoes are rare, nobody seems to have a clue how dangerous they are. Onlookers just stand and watch while holding up their phones.

We have usual storms that happen every year...something from Oklahoma...yup, tornadoes...and how do they always have tornadoes?? I'll let you know why... tornadoes love mobile homes...if you buy a trailer, it might get windy with no roof...
OK, hands up who doesn't believe in climate change...just look at LA...they were pummeled with rain, snow, and wayyyy too much water...it flooded

Do people not understand the concept of taking shelter? It might sound hypocritical as I’m here enjoying these videos but I’d also enjoy videos taken from a safe distance away from plate glass windows. There’s folks here talking about the judgments of God but I say the Lord helps those who help themselves. Take cover for crying out loud.

#9 was a phenomena known as a "derecho", caused by the downward collapse of a super-cell. these form on hot, humid days where there is little steering winds. when the temperature cools in the evening, the cumulonimbus storm clouds collapse downward, sending clouds outward in all directions, complete with heavy rains and winds. A very large derecho can cover more than 100 miles from one direction to the opposite side.

Speaking of hail, I lived in Colorado Springs and about ten years ago, we had been hit with a hail storm and it stalled over our neighborhood...it was falling fast and hard and there were baseball ice falling...it broke one window in the kitchen, our slider, and our neighbourhood was almost decimated...every house on my street needed replaced...ALL of them...there were pockets of that type of damage throughout CS...our local roofers were hecka busy, then roofing trucks were parked everywhere from Texas mostly...
I have lived in Nebraska and the storms there are legendary...

Thank you for the update, Underworld..!! 16:53 That looks like a Mercedes-AMG E63 S 4MATIC+ Sedan, and it looks like someone opened the sunroof and tried to use an umbrella instead.

I cannot believe with that flooding on #4, there was no loss of life. When I saw the cars with headlights on being swept away in muddy torrents of rivers, and all those cars piled up, stacked up, hanging from trees, etc. my heart was in my throat thinking about how many lives must have been lost, and how scary that must have been for the people in the vehicles. It is really miraculous that no lives were lost!

Suggestion: you could break these up into two different videos, depending on whether the footage was shot vertically or horizontally, choosing your orientation to match.

Those freakishly strong winds just happened once AGAIN in China. As well as repeats of all the other weather phenomenon featured in all of the other videos from this channel's creator. The Moon now looks SIDEWAYS as it rises and sets and yet people will still say they never saw the signs of the poleshift we are in the midst of lol

*Nature is like that friend who's stunningly beautiful but also a bit unpredictable, you know? It's breathtaking to behold, but you've also got to respect its power because it can be pretty dangerous too.*

I bet the owner of the car at 10:58 rolls his windows up from now on. And I’m not buying that no one was lost in that Chinese flood. There were clearly people inside of some of those cars that were floating away.

That's what I thought. There were cars with headlights full on. A car alarm makes headlights flash. So someone was likely in there.
I've seen other videos from the China floods last year where you knew the cars and people being filmed were beyond rescue. It's an insult to the victims and victim's families for their government to claim so little loss of life. Police were filmed clearing away public memorials to the victims - it's supposed that authorities didn't want some bright spark to start adding them up and working out just how many more people did die.
China has been hit really bad over the past couple of years.

@@Debbie-henri The glorious leaders don’t want any negative news coming out. Lots of corners seem to be cut in construction and planning over there, so when a disaster happens, it’s that much worse, with more effort being spent on sweeping it under the rug rather than any kind of remediation. Very unfortunate.

20:10 It's literally electrical arcing in power lines, I've seen it once when a tornado hit my city, I didn't get to see the tornado, but I could see the flashes of power lines exploding as the tornado passed.
    Nocturnal Tornadoes are scary.
