- Chaeyeon's main struggle is management. Whether it is company oriented or self oriented, chaeyeon needs her career/self to be managed well. Though she's very low key on PD101, she was able to snatch everyone's heart with her class A innocent beauty and debuted however problems occurred after their debut as ioi. Among the 4 members who received a bit of negative attention by promoting on two groups, Chaeyeon received the worst of it because she was the first who did it and it happened fast without any warning so some fans,including me, were shocked. However it should be taken into consideration that she did debuted with DIA first before she became IOI and her responsibilities are with both groups. I dont know how much an idol gets to say in these matters but if i were her i would've insisted that people be informed of the set up/arrangement they have because people are delicate creatures who gets hurt easily and judge easily. These are the situations she should avoid in the future because in the end it will be her who will be affected the most and get hurt the most, not her company or her fans.
Also, though this is related to management as well, there's this issue of overworking. She's known to be IOI's mom who takes care of her members well but she should never forget about taking care of herself as well. IOI's schedule is too busy at it is plus DIA's activities plus her drama plus varieties plus photo shoots, i wonder when she gets her sleep. I hope she doesn't subject herself to that kind of schedule in the future. Even though i get that she's riding the recognition she's having now, she should refrain from doing this. She owes it to her body to be well taken care of because when the time comes that it collects, it's probably gonna be painful and expensive.
Also she should still allocate sufficient time on practice because this industry is too competitive and a group should always bring their A game or it will die.
I hope she gets a well balanced life on her way to reach her dreams.

Chungha gonna be a soloist, Somi signed with JYP, Mina is in gugudan, and the other members i don't remember much... But i'm happy to see some members are still together and i think they take time to meet with eachother some time. I miss IOI so much

I don't think that's true. Many people say she's happier in DIA even though IOI is more popular because she trained with the members longer. And she is much more closer to them than the ones she just met for a few months.

I don't understand all the people who say Chayeon isn't as happy with or isn't herself with DIA. She has known and trained with those girls for years, you don't see their friendship because of the grops sub-par promotion. As a DIA stan I can tell you they are all very good friends. Chayeon even siao that DIA is her family, and IOI is like a school reunion.

To be HONEST!!! i don't care if she had PS. What i care that bring me here is because i found a new bias that so talented and makes me really proud of her. i feel a huge sympathy for this girl,
damn mbk, what a bad decision. being too hasty on using her popularity right away, right off the bat. after they promote as IOI.

Then she was active in both groups, she even performed for both groups I think in October 2016. it’s awful to have such stress, I swear

I felt really bad for Chaeyeon because a lot of rumors were circulating about her and how she had plastic surgery. I also know that she was forced to undergo a diet and lost weight which she not only did not need but was dangerous to lose, I think they wanted her legs to slim down? I mean undergoing all the pressure of having to practice all the time, get up early, travel from here to here at such a young age is horrible. That and being away from her family. And to be victim to malicious comments simultaneously. :(

Without talents, how can she placed 7th in Produce 101 along with Somi and Chung ha? If PD series focus mainly on visuals, Everglow's Sihyeon would have won Produce 48. I'm not hating them.
