why after Feeding CATFISH, you come back and see the feed on top the pond water

sometimes in the farm you may have noticed that after feeding your catfish when you come back again you see feeding floating on their pond , what causes that situation that's what we want to discuss

Good Evening Sir, Firstly I must commend you for the great jobs you’ve been doing so far. We appreciate it.
I have a few complains and I’ll be glad if you could help me through it.
I got catfishes and I stocked them. After feeding properly for a month, I noticed there was only very slight change in terms of growth. I made a complaint and I was told to treat with Tetracycline and Table Salt which I did.
Still fed them properly again and I still didn’t notice much change in terms of size. Then again I was told to reduce the stocking capacity per pond which I did.
Right now I’m currently feeding them again and I don’t know what else to do to make them grow. Please your advice would be very much appreciated.

I’ve been following all your videos and I notice lots of changes and I brought two new 1000ltr white plastic tanks and sort out my fishes there the with the maximum number being 80 pieces in a pond they are still 2month old.
However I notice the smallest ones are dying and the medium sized ones too but the ratio of death in the smaller ones is much than the medium ones and in one of the bigger sizes ones I notice some fish are yellow tho they’re eating and acting normal but I’m concerned about the yellow ones and also the one dying please I’ll appreciate your response 🙏🙏

Thanks for the education, so in this case should the farmer scoop the vomited feed, just leave it like that or top it up with fresh feed?
