Easy tasty and fast gluten-free apple pie | Taby's Welt

This is an East European apple pie. I reinterpreted the original recipe that my grandmother and my mom have made for years to be a gluten-free recipe.
The recipe is simple and can be made quickly. It stays fresh on the next day as well.
INGREDIENTS
FILLING
- 1.4 kg apples
- 20g vanilla sugar
- 30g sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
CAKE DOUGH
- 4 eggs
- 170g sugar
- 150g gluten-free flour (C Shar mix)
- 100g melted butter
- 130ml buttermilk
- 10g baking powder
DECORATION (optional)
- powdered sugar

Poți folosi iaurt, dar diluat cu lapte in proporție de 1:1 (jumătate iaurt, jumătate lapte).

Toate ingredientele sunt scrise în descriere.

Merele sunt dulci deci mai pui 30 gr de zahar si inca 20 gr de zahar vanilat. 🤕 🤦🏻‍♀️
