I would think that part of it is in the arrangement, to try to avoid overlapping or clashing sounds, using the proper sounds, and then probably mainly eq after that - getting everything to sit where it's supposed to. Honestly, it took years of mixing before I started to be content with the end product.
clear mix everything under control , good the way the sat-filter elektron focus bass on mids like in some scientist radics dubs also use of passiv filter on melodica realy fits, subtle , Big up !
