A little digital dub techno style
Strymon Volante on delay
Lexicon MX400 on snare delay and synth/string verb
Korg NTS-1 plate verb on drums and guitars/keys
AudioThing Dub Filter midi controlled thru the ZED R16 on the lead synth
FMR Audio RNLA on buss compression duties
Another great production and track. Excellent Mix. Trev
Big thanks, Trev. Still have to check your latest tracks, soon come. Dub on!!
The delay at 4. That's funny, I'm left-handed and I do that with my right hand :) Sweet Dub, Brethren, and a very good advice!
@@dubroomdread give thanks. I like to dub de riddim pon de heartical side, seen?? 😆😆💥
There are things I prefer to do with my left hand, although I’m a righty, some stuff just feels proper that way…
@@JahServant I think it's natural for right-handed engineers to do that specific delay with the left hand. Just like if you'd wear a watch you would have it on your left pulse. Just didn't realize that before. Thought it was a fun fact.
Probably so, since the other hand is dropping faders for the send in and out, it makes sense.
Nice! Fellow ZedR16 user!
Give thanks, it’s a great mixer!!!
Damn that snare is all nose init
A good dose of noise for sure. It has that tone sweep on it as well ‘ooh’
I very much enjoy this track. What did you use for the Acid line please?
It’s a Behringer TD-3, I think I used the built in distortion for this one as well, I more often use a guitar pedal.
Glad you like it, thanks for listening and commenting, bless up!
@@JahServant Hard to beat a 303 no matter the maker when it comes to the acid sound isn't it. I really enjoy your approach to the Dubs mate. Blessings
@@patkelly8309 yes, for sure. I make these electro-dubs for the enjoyment of it. I like combining the different elements but still keeping a reggae foundation. Respect!
