      Jo ,I can really understand your situation ,it's affecting you badly,but don't worry, you are at the right place,i can suggest you some remedies,if you don't mind,it would be better to try some sorts of exercises in your daily life,definitely its helps to improve your weight loss challenge through this you can regulate your diabetes also, how does that sound?do you think you can follow that?

    Hi Joe, I can see that you are little bit worried about your health condition, but don't worry, you are in our safe hands. If you don't mind, I would like to give you some suggestions which will really help you to reduce overweight and control your diabetes level as well. Are you okay with that? First of all, it might be a good idea to start doing mild physical activities twice a day for 15 mints such as walking. Additionally, try to eat healthy food and it is essential to decrease more carbohydrate intake in your diet plan.Would you able to do this? How does that sound?

    Nurse: I can understand that you're concerned about being overweight and want to incorporate some physical activities here's what I suggest that you could try by walking 20 minutes daily and gradually increase the duration. Moreover there are many other ways to incorporate physical activity in your life by doing exercises and the stuff you might want ..would you be able to do this ?

    Nurse-Well ms joe I can understand that you are bit worried as you have put on some weight ,try not to get over anxious ,here what I suggest that if u could start by doing some sort of exercises like walking for 10 to 15 min and some gentle exercises and gradually increase it,how does that sound ,do you think it would be possible for you?

    Dr: Ms Jo, your diabetes will be better managed by doing lifestyle changes. It might be a good idea if you start by doing an exercise that you like, for example walking or dancing for 10 -15 minutes then building it up to 30 minutes a day. This will also help with weight loss. Will you be able to do that?

    Jo,i can imagine your situation .If you don't mind i would give some advice regarding your situation.its that ok for you??
    Jo it is very important to do some physical activity every day,which will help you to decreae your weight and control your diabetes .

First, you are going to start exercising every day, at least for 10 minutes, and then we will increase this time to 30-45 minutes a day. This can help you lose some weight. Then, if it is okay with you, we should start changing your lifestyle. You should adjust your diet. It’s better to decrease the intake of carbohydrates and stop using sugar and sweets like cakes, cupcakes, and chocolate. With this advice, I think you can control your diet and manage your blood sugar. So, if there are any other questions, I’m at your service and I can help you. You can ask me any questions."

    Nurse: i can understand about you current situation joe, so, i would like to give you some important advice for you if you Don't mind?
    Thank you, firstly, you have to do at least 30 minutes physical exercise daily.
    Secondly, it would be better if you loss your weight gradually.
    I hope you are you understanding what I'm saying?
    Well joe, if you follow my advice your diabetes will control within short time.
