I don't know why i'm making this but here we go: Shatter[BIRTHDAY JAM] - Warped Mobian Album Lore: During the fight in the Egg Reverie Zone in Sonic Mania more precisely in the final part where Sonic hits Dr. Eggman and is taken to Sonic Forces, In this timeline, Sonic in his Super form instead of hitting Dr. Eggman he ends up hitting the Phantom Ruby with a very large impact that ended up fusing the two into one, now the Chaos Emeralds and the Phantom Ruby are one thing. Sonic has now just gotten stronger and it seems like that's a good thing right? Well... During the events of Sonic Mania and the beginning of Sonic Forces we see that the Phantom Ruby is completely controlled by Dr. Eggman and the biggest example of this is: Transform Metal Sonic into a giant form called Giga Metal and Dr. Eggman using the Phantom Ruby in Infinite to use as his weapon, so it seems that Sonic has all of the negative energy of the ruby, now he has full control of the illusion... Back to the Egg Reverie, The fusion ended up creating a huge explosion, After that explosion Dr. Eggman was never seen, only Sonic the Hedgehog remained at the scene. He seems to have a very strange appearance when seen face to face, with this he sees all the possibilities of destruction and panic that it can cause, On the same day he destroys South Island and uses his illusion to make it look like a normal place, but the place itself is completely empty with no animals because they are all dead in the fake paradise, and he ends up doing this on all the other islands and places we see in other Sonic games. One day Tails, who stayed on Angel Island, he went looking for Sonic because he didn't know where he was so he goes to South Island which is practically the place where Sonic came from, after walking on empty trails he finds his hedgehog friend, but Tails is suspicious of him because he seemed to act strangely, but Sonic wasted no time revealing his true form, being a corrupted form of Super Sonic, leaving Tails scared.
